Hello! My name is Stevie-Jo, I'm 17 nearly 18 years old, and just like the character in the book James Amory, I am an FTM transgender. Unlike James I have only been out of the closet 4/5 years, but none the less, I have had my difficulties.
I wanted to write this book to not only show to other Trans kids that it does get better, but to show Cisgender people the struggles and the feelings that we go through everyday.
Some of the issues in the book I have gone through, and some are based on stories and things I've heard through other people.
There will be a trigger warning for Self Harm, Suicidal thoughts and actions, bullying, harassment, sexual assault and also verbal/physical abuse. I know that's alot, but I want this story to be as close to the truth as possible.
