I was at Starbucks waiting for my coffee and and heard a loud group of people come in. I turned around to see who it was, It was Mateo and a group of his friends.
He kept on staring at me like he was disappointed at me. After he ordered his drink he came down to the waiting side and stood next to me.
Uhh hi Mateo, I stuttered. Hello Jasmine he responded. How have you been I asked.
Ehh so so, I met this girl and I thought we hit it off but she had boyfriend, he responded. Dang teo I'm sorry that happened, but what's her name.
It's cleopatra but people just class her Cleo.
Wait, Curious Duess sister I asked. I think so, Why?
Because I'm good friends with her and Cleo usually messes with like 4 dudes at a time and she even brought you're name up once when I was visiting them in Cali.
Ohh really he asked? Yeah, she said that you came off rude because you walked straight up to here and asked for her number.
Cleos POV
I'm back home in California, I saw that Mateo wanted to FaceTime me so I went into my bedroom.
"Hey teo, whats up"
"Nothing much, I just need to talk to you about a few things"
My heart started beating fast.
"Okay, what do we need to talk about"
"So I ran into Jasmine at Starbucks today and we talked about a couple things and she said that when I talked to you at the mall I came off disrespectful and I just asked for you're number and she said that you mess with about 4 dudes at a time"
I was silent for a good de seconds
"Mateo I-"
"You know what forget it Cleo I though you were different, just delete my number"
"Mateo no I-"
He ended the phone call
20 minutes later
I was thinking about what happened and as I was I just thought about how Jasmine was supposed to be my friend and she put my business out there.
I need to talk to her about this.
