the shape shifter

I ran through the dense forest, twigs whip my face and legs I glance over my shoulder panic shocks through me the black figures follow close behind there red glowing eyes hungry from under their cloaks I count three, my head snaps back to face where I was running and I skid to a stop as I see a bald man in a suit standing four meters infront of me but he look in the distance when suddenly his head snaps to face me a grin spread on his face showing silver spiked teeth start to run at me I scream. I wake gasping for air tears flow down my face and I brush a brown curl from my face. these dreams have been happening more lately all slightly different but all with the suited man and the red eyed creatures.

I move to get out of bed, my barefeet cold on the wooden floor I walk to the light switch and turn the light on and sit in the corner of my room hugging my knees."why me?"  I whisper. I hear foot steps near my door and I stiffen the door swings open "are you ok tiffany? was it the dreams again?" my mother Annabel asks

"why me mum?"

"life throws crazy things at us dear" she replies as she sits next to me, I look at her she looked young for her age her brown hair tied back into a ponytail, she looks back at me her brown eyes match her hair, I was the only one in my family with hazel eyes.

"come on lets go for a run" she jumps up pulling me along with her, I nod and we walk out the back door that opens to a big field, we didnt live by anyone I loved the freedom we had here I took in a deep breath the smell of damp dirt and grass.

I picture myself as the tiger that lives inside me I feel my sences sharpen and fur grow across my back I feel my tail grow my teeth sharpen I look around now able to see through the darkness, my mother stands next to me she is a beautiful grey wolf with thick fur and big paws she runs ahead and I chase after her.

hey thanks for reading my book I just wanted to say something about ny other book "days dawn" I did update to part 6 but I whent on to edit a few things and I deleted the whole chapter some how and now im really sad about it and I really just dont want to re-write a whole chapter- but I will eventually.  thanks for understanding (^·.·^)~
