Peter:
He took you to a carnival where you rode all the rides, even the scary ones since you knew you couldn't be afraid with him by your side.
Edmund:
He takes you horseback riding on the beach. Then you two have a picnic in the sand and ride/walk along the shoreline.
Caspian:
You two go out to dinner at your favorite restaurant. Then you head back the castle to play some music and dance all night.
