Starting Over

Hi I'm Skye Robbins. Today, was the day, that I moved to St. Petersburg, Florida. All my day consisted of was unpacking boxes and designing my room, so I'm glad I can finally sit down and relax.
As hard as it was for me to just pack up my memories and say good bye to my friends back home, in just a few short weeks, it was the best thing for my family and I. Back in my old town, Boston, Massachusetts, I had a couple really good friends that I could tell everything to, and a few that I didn't really care for. Those few "friends" are the reason we had to move.
A couple of girls who I thought were my friends, told everyone my whole life story, which we will get into later. I told them because I thought I could trust them, but I guess not. After everyone found out about my struggles and insecurities, I no longer felt comfortable in my hometown. Thank god dad got a promotion in Florida.
My parents are the best, I told them what happened and how I didn't feel comfortable nor wanted, and they told me not to worry and made me stay home until we moved. Although, my parents say my dad got a promotion, I don't believe it. I think my parents wanted me and my siblings to have a fresh start and not to have to worry about the drama. In two weeks, we will be starting a new school with all new people, and hopefully some true friends.
