From what he had seen, Kouha loved his future sister. She was the completely opposite of a regular princess. Hell, she had even threatened to murder her older brother without second thought. Kougyoku didn't exactly shared the opinion with Kouha, shouldn't someone more ladylike be marrying her oldest brother? Koumei really didn't care and found the warrior princess to be amusing, he could tell some interesting things would be happening now that you were around.

Kouen was surprisingly interested in his future wife, she was more beautiful then he would have thought and she was quite smart. During lunch, he had asked about the recent land she's conquered and the army, that she has personally trained, which was shocking to hear how bad they used to be before you had gotten your hands on them.

As lunch ended, Ike got clingy, figuring you needed to leave and go to Kou. "You're going to let go or else." You warn the little boy. "I'll forcibly remove you." Pouting, Ike let go, taking your threat seriously.

"You'll visit right?"

"Hopefully, besides we're not leaving till our lame excuse of sisters stop flirting with the princes." Ike giggles, sitting next to his older sister.

"Um. Uh, princess [Y/n]?" A small voice gets your attention. Looking towards the sound, your eyes landed on the blushing Kou princess.

"Kougyoku, right?" She nods. "Please drop the princess crap. Just [Y/n] or big sister, we'll be in laws soon, no need for formalities." The princess was in shock at your forwardness. You laugh at her expression. "Sorry to say, i'm really unladylike. I hate being restricted by rules."

"A-alright. But no formalities with me either." Kougyoku shutters out. This was the first time she got a pretty good look at her future sister. You were indeed beautiful, the silk [h/c] hair sparkles in the light. Your eyes were bright with curiosity. Bankirk clothes were very light and reveling in her eyes. But you wore them with pride and it was your everyday outfit.

Patting a spot next to you, the princess takes your invitation to sit down. "So tell me about Kou and my so called husband."

"You seem very unpleased about the marriage. I mean- I understand that why, I would be too." Kougyoku mutters, looking down.

"I was very upset at first, I wasn't supposed to be married off in the first place." She looks up in shock, royalty not married off? You laugh with Ike giggling at your other side.

"I know, I was a candidate to be the next village leader, it was between me and my oldest brother. Everyone knew I was going to be picked. I've brought alot of glory to our small town. We have cities that fear us because of what wars I fought in," You sigh. "I just disappointed that I'll have to restart that name elsewhere."

"Elsewhere? What do you mean?"

"Oh please don't think-" You were cut off when your mother shouted for you and the princess that it was time for departure. Picking up Ike, you hand him to mom then help Kougyoku up.

The ride over to the port was very quiet, as you look over the town one last time. It was an actually surprising when seeing the villagers at the port, shouting out goodbyes and tearful thanks. The first prince took your hand and helped you onto the ship, which you thank him for without any embarrassment.

As the ship leaves port, you gave one last wave to everything you knew. For a minute you stood there, watching the island get smaller before taking a deep breathe. Turning towards the Fiancé and his siblings. "Alright, I'm going to be as honesty as possible here." You say, catching everyone's attention. "I don't think either of us are pleased with this arrangement, Kouen. I, for one, will not give up any of my joys to be a perfect little wife and give birth to your children. Actually I've never wanted kids and like hell, I'm going to make any now."

"Oh she did not." Kouha mutters, should he defend his older brother or let this play out? Koumei looked horrified along with Kougyoku.

"I will gladly point out, that I've never needed a man in my life and I don't need one now. My sisters might be obsessed with you, but I see nothing special. Just another arrogant man that thinks he's better than everyone else." You finish, not breaking eye contact with him. You will admit, Kouen did have beautiful eyes.

"You have no right to brother En like that! You should be blessed that you're even in his presence." The third prince starts before the laughing of the first prince interrupts. Now that was very shocking for the Kou siblings to see.

"I pleased to know my future wife has guts. You definitely aren't like the rest."

You snot, thinking about the puffy royal dresses. "That would be the worst to wear, I don't understand how Kougyoku can even all those robes. Also, I want us to plan the wedding. No maids, no parents, no wedding design or whatever you have in Kou. And I want to be a general or commander in Kou's army."

"That may not be possible. Our army might not appreciate a female general as their leader." Koumei tries to reason.

"Under one condition I'll allow it." Kouen says, thoughtfully. [Y/n] will be a excellent add to the army. "You will need to stand close to me when on the battlefield." You growl before realizing there was limited opinions.

"I'll agree to the condition." In a silent signing, the future couple shakes on it. This might be funnier than you thought. Maybe the first imperial prince, Ren Kouen wasn't that bad.
