I smiled brightly at Ashton as he pulled away from kissing me "I missed you too" that's when all my friends entered the room and Chelsea squealed "Were back to normal! YAY" she ran over to me pushing Ashton away and bulldozed me to the floor hugging me "I'm so sorry!" she told me.
I wasn't sure if I made the right decision of picking Ashton. But if my friends were happy then I would try to be happy to, because even tho they weren't always there for me. They came back and I can't say that about many people, and that's why I'd never want them to be mad at me. If that meant picking the wrong person just so they would be happy. I would. I know that sounds like they aren't true friends, but they are and they think that me and Ashton belong to together. Even if I did have feelings for Alex and Roman, and it wasn't the bond. I will always denie it and tell myself it was
I pushed myself up off the floor "I'll be back, I need some air" I lied to them giving them a fake smile and walked out the door. I walked straight towards the forest and collapsed once inside.
Letting the tree's and grass consume me as I laided there on my back looking up. I heard a slight crack and sniffled "Alex?" I called out softly "Yeah, it''s me princess" I heard him say and sat up right looking at him. I shook my head at him "I don'.t know if I made the right choice." I slowly told him and his face screwed up in confusion "What do you mean?" he asked.
"I mean, did I make the right choice of choosing Ashton?" I asked him bringing my knees to my chest and laying my cheek on them. He slowly shrugged his shoulders, flicking a rock "Well in my opinion you didn't, but that's also because I love you, and I wish you would have chosen me."
A pout came to my lips "I know, and I love you too." I slowly told him and his eyes brightened "You do?" he asked "Yeah I know I said it was just the bond and stuff but I didnt' mean it." I told him.
Alex came over to me wrapping his arm around me "It's okay Lucy. You can always change your fate... again." he chuckled a little at his own words "Your so stupid" I laughed along with him resting my head on his shoulder as he rubbed my arm with his hand.
Footsteps ruined are moment, I heard them. They were close, causing me to stand up and move a little bit away from Alex. Hurt crossing his face as he realizes what's happening he nods understandingly, I frowned as some random dude appeared fear easily shown on his face as he looked back from where he was coming "Help me please, there are people coming after me. They looked like dogs but they were humans like not full on werewolves! Please help" he shouted at me and Alex begging us.
He was talking about Werewolves, yeah. But those are the ones who had got stuck between shifts and being stuck like that forever. Some werewolves don't make it fully through there first shift causing them to be stuck like that. It sucks, but they are very strong and kinda like rouges, and when there's one. There's hundreds more.
"Come on Alex!" I hurried grabbing the guys arm as Alex grabbed the other us rushing him towards the castle, we were finally inside setting him on the couch. I sat next to the guy "Are you okay sir?" he shrugged "Yeah, thanks for helping me out there, if I wouldn't have come across you guys I was sure to be a goner" he told me truthfully, and I knew he was right.
Those werewolves are relentless, and have no feelings. It's like they hate the world and everyone in it besides other werewolves like them, like it's are fault they got stuck in transformation. It's not, if I could help I would but sometimes your to weak to make it fully.
I felt a nudge on my arm and looked up at whoever it was, it was someone new. I don't know this girl "Yes?" she slowly grabbed my arm pulling me and I followed as we went outside and threw the woods to the werewolves base, we were hidden "Look" she pointed her finger at a couple werewolves explaining what they were doing and why.
I had no idea, I'd never really had a run in with them, and being on royal property is a death penalty. I turned towards the girl "Go back to the castle" I whispered and she nodded turning around and running back and a couple werewolves whipped there head towards my way hearing her run away.
One werewolf in particular caught my eye, he was big and gross, like he had a huge load of grease poured on top of him and didn't know what a shower was, just ew.
But he looked like the leader and my thought was confirmed as he started to speak "Everyone we will be attacking the castle soon! Make sure to capture the Moon Goddess, do not harm her or I'll have your head! Got it?" he shouted to everyone and many nods and "okays" were spread around the group. I needed to warn everyone but also be careful not to get caught.
I slowly shifted into a squirrel and climbed up a tree and made my way back to the castle shifting back once I got there "Okay, warn them, then fight? Warn them, then run away?" I was pacing in front of the castle as everyone walked out looking at me "What's wrong?" Ashton asked.
I looked up "They're planning to attack tonight, and they want to capture me, but I'm ready to fight. After all I've got a lot of powers I haven't tried out!" Austin laughed "I'm surprised you used a lot of them on me, beating me up" he pointed out, I shrugged laughing a little too "Yeah sorry" I told him.
We'd fight soon, and I was prepared.
