Change of plans.

Chapter 8.

Alayra turns around now fully facing the person behind her. She was shocked when she saw the face of the man she would never forget.
"Loki?"
"Alayra?"
Alayra gave a surprised, but nervous look, "What are you doing here?" she slowly tried put the bottle of poison in her pocket, not wanting him to notice, but it was too late, he noticed the small bottle.
Loki gave a few steps closer to her and grabs her wrist before she could hide the bottle , resulting in her dropping the bottle of poison. The bottle hits the ground and shatter into a million pieces. Loki looked deep into her eyes with suspicion, still having a good grip on her wrist , "I could ask you the same question."
Alayra starred into his eyes not knowing what to say, how is she going to explain ? Alayra gave a small smile and spoke in a confident tone of voice, "I'm working and you?"
Loki gave a playful smile, "Nothing much, just came to see if I could find something interesting."
Alayra chuckles and looked at the broken pieces of glass on the floor and then back into his eyes. " Interesting enough for you?"
Loki tightens his grip on her wrist and lean in closer to her, now inches away from her. " You better clean-up before someone finds that." Alayra getting very nervous with how close he is to her she uses her other free hand and punches him right across the jaw . Loki loses his grip and fall to the ground, unaware that she would had hit him. Alayra turns and picks up the bottle of wyn and glass of water and turns back to face Loki, still laying on the floor, " Like I said I'm working and I have to deliver this to the King, so if you would excuse me." Alayra walked to the door and before she left, she had one last thing to say, " And didn't I teach you well enough to never lose focus?" Alayra then gave a small chuckle while walking away leaving Loki on the kitchen floor.
Alayra walked down the hallway to deliver the drinks and thinking to herself.
Damit! How I am I going to kill him now? Damit Loki! All well now I guess now I have to change the plans.

Hi guys sorry I haven't posted in a while but here it is.
Sorry is was short 😅 hope it made sense 😂.
And just a reminder I went to chapter 7 and took a few things out, to make the flashback a bit less confusing, I hope. 🙃
(I know the seen of the Hulk and Loki doesn't really fit in as much but when Alayra punched him I thought of this seen. )
