She had been calling me. Summoning me with her magic. Upon the altar she had prepared many offerings were made and her incantations were very animated. She must have had intentions of hatred, for only the blackened of heart and perverted conjure me. My deeds are those of darkness. Through a large mirror above the altar I stared and listened.

“E’ferries, Demon of the ancients. Accept my offering and hear my call.” I was beginning to feel flattered and still I listened. “Your strength is needed. What price may ye take?” Through the mirror I appeared. “I am here child. Ask of me what thy will.” She came and knelt at my feet. “I have been wronged several times by men who are protected by their position. You are my last chance at redemption and justice.” I changed may tone with her. “Such a task requires payment and I take my payments upon request.” My payments were flesh. The endless pleasures of flesh. What is a demon to do with money?

Her body was used to it’s capacity and beyond. I may have violated her worse than her original perpetrators. Such is the risk for those who call me. I enjoyed hearing her moans. When I was finished and satiated, I then set out on the task she requested.

It seems my conjuring beauty had several times been raped by henchman guards of a powerful noble. Had they known the retribution she was capable of they would have done far worse than simply rape her. As she had granted my payment, I reluctantly served her request.

Through the mirrors of Limbo I can see all and all are unknowing of it. I had waited until the witching hour to unleash what man would consider hell. The nobles’ castle was now accursed!

To my surprise and advantage, the guards had been drinking heavily that night. Sobriety wouldn’t have given them an inch more of hope. In the large meeting hall in the center of the castle they sat around a long table. Drinking, gloating, and disgusting my very being. I could tolerate no more.

Mirrors were on every corner of the castle’s walls. Through all of them my face appeared. The guards must have considered this a jest, as they all felt free to roar with laughter. But the pitch darkness that followed closed their ignorant mouths forever. It was quite amusing to see them scatter and frolic, much like rats in a cellar. I could not bear to let such pathetic pestilence continue breathing! Through the portal of Limbo, the mirrors, I made my way to them. Mauling them like a beast on sickly prey. Ripping apart the flesh of man has always quenched my hunger for death but still I was not satisfied. I beheaded them all. The taste of blood from dying bodies is God’s gift to the infernal. I had many.

To me it was a second payment after my slight indulgence with the beautiful witch. The witch is not the first I’ve served nor would she be the last. But payment is always the same. I have found that humans are not trustworthy and consistently try to cheat the damned. Therefore, all who call upon me are subject to the same consequences. Any who try to deny me will not live to regret it. It is quite humorous, for there are many who have called upon me.

When their faith in the Almighty has collapsed and despair rules them, many feel I am guaranteed redemption. When the creed of the cross fails to let them understand the horrors and realities of the world, they call to me. When mankind shows them his truest malice, I am their savior. But payment is always the same. If memory serves it’s purpose I can recall a favorable moment.

The Witch board is a dangerous tool. You really never know which spirit is evil or divine. Many a fool, man and woman alike, have discovered this fact with brutal severity. One such fool never lived to learn her lesson, for it was I who answered her call!
