I check my phone and see that Kana hasn't replied but she read it. I hope she's taking this well. She should be happy, right? I mean, I know she's gonna think this is a bad idea but she's happy about it. I know it. Do I?

Kana's POV
Lily...She ran away...What do I do!? I kept running around my room wondering if I should tell my mom or keep this a secret. AGH!!!!!!!
My mom runs in the room like the Flash, "KANA!?!?!? ARE YOU OK!?!?"
I look at her like a crazy person. "Um...I'm fine. But the real question is..."
"ARE YOU OK!?"
"Wow...Real funny Kana...I'm heading back to the room. Your scream woke me up. I mean, SERIOUSLY. IT'S AROUND 2 IN THE MORNING YOU LITTLE..."
She stops herself from saying the word. I laugh a little, but not enough for her to notice. "Go back to sleep mom...You look exhausted."
"Whatever. Just go to sleep you little rascal. Before you make me need to see a physical therapist."
Once she walks out of the room, I say to myself, I'm the one who needs to see a physical therapist... Wait. Better yet, Lily does. Hmm...Should I let her stay at our house? No...I can't...Well...I at least NEED to reply to her. I'll ask her if I can ask my mom because my mom isn't that strict. Well, regarding the fact that she is a single mom with 2 kids, I think she can handle it.

Sigh. I really do hope Lily is doing well. I mean, ANYTHING could happen to her!
Lily's POV
I just came out of the shower and I hear my phone ding. I gasp. It could be Kana! It's KANA!!! Wait...I thought I would be happy but...She said she wants to tell her mom. Well, at least she's getting my permission. Well, on the bright side, her mom is a single parent and she could use the help. I guess I'll have to let her...So I reply with a text, "Ok. U can tell ur mom."
But in the meanwhile, I should have some fun. I mean the hotel room...Not so shabby...They even have a pool! I guess I should have a little fun in the pool tomorrow. Who knows what could happen? I might even find a NEW friend. Hopefully not a friend from school though...I should go to bed. I'm EXHAUSTED! But I'm also famished...Let's see what they have in this little fridge. Oh! A bag of chips! I guess that'll do...
I eat my chips while watching some Disney and the shows remind me of the sleepovers I had with my friends...Ah...Good times. I start to tear up.
I need to make sure people can't identify me. Sigh. First things first. My hair. It's long. I should cut it. I look for some scissors in my bag. Once I find them, I stand in front of the mirror in the bathroom and cut my hair to be shoulder length. Perfect. Now a new name...Hmm...How about Lindsey? From Lily to Lindsey. Next, my last name. Hmm...How about Martin? From Martinez to Martin. I'm officially Lindsey Marten! So I can just go back to school and forget about Lily Martinez. I'm a new person and no one can stop me.
I will stay here and I will NOT move. I will do everything to convince my parents. And even if they don't agree with me, I won't go with them. I'll act as Kana's sister and forget about my parents. Even if it's the last thing I do.
Hehe...That was a bit dramatic. Well, I better go to bed. I'll find out if I can stay at Kana's house tomorrow. I trust Kana. Kana and her family.
