5 years later
I was driving down the road with my friend, Mariana, who wouldn't stop yelling at me for something that I had done a few days ago when I had the flashback. My thoughts were interrupted by Mariana screaming "Sofía, watch out!"
I quickly jerked the wheel back to the right while applying the break. The damn breaks stopped working.
Dammit!
I glanced at Mariana and she screamed as a motorcycle came around the curve fixing to hit us head on and I yanked the E-Break and pulled the steering wheel to my left as the guy on the motorcycle pulled over. He looked pissed.
Oh shit.
If I knew one thing, It's that you NEVER. EVER. Mess with someone with a motorcycle. My grandfather was a biker so I had some experience with bikers. Yet,I had never made one of the mad. Cause I new better.
"Oh shit" I said to Mariana.
Are you okay?"
"Yeah. I'm fine. Just a little shook up that's all."
"Good, cause we got trouble." I said unbuckling my seat belt getting out of my car.
"What in the fuck do you think you were doing?" The young man asked angrily.
"I don't know but it looks like I just save three people's lives." I answered calmly.
"By the end of this week there will only be two people." He said obviously still pissed off.
"Mhmm. Keep talking." I said as I had noticed his tattoo. He was in a gang called The "South Creek Serpents". But, he didn't scare me. My grandfather, the one that was a biker. He still is, and he's the king of the "Serpents". So I wasn't scared. If anything, I became relaxed.
"I'm serious!" He exclaimed.
"I'm sure you are Thunder Bolt." I said casually.
"Sofía, do you know this man?" Mariana asked confused
"Vuelve al auto Mariana." (Get back to the car Mariana)
"But-
"Now!" I said keeping eye contact with Thunder Bolt.
"How do you know my name!?" He demanded.
"Because"
"Because what? Don't get smart with me little girl."
"Mk. Anyways, I know you and everyone else in the Serpents."
"How did you know I was a Serpent?"
"Your tattoo and my grandfather." I answered.
"Your grandfather knows the Serpents?"
"Of course. He's the King after all." And with that I started walking back to my car.
"I wouldn't do that I were you." He warned.
"And what are you gonna do?" I asked blowing him off. Though I was on guard.
He tried to take a swing at me when I dodged it and yelled "it takes two to tango". As I tripped him and twisted his arm behind his back ready to break it. "I'll send Pop your hospitality." I said releasing him and walking back to my car. "Stay away from me and my friends if you're smart." I said starting my car and driving back towards Mariana's house.
The car ride was silent. She asked questions but I never gave an answer. She finally took the hint that I didn't want to talk about it. I dropped her off at her house and told her to lay low and that I had business to take care of. I then started to drive back to my house on the other block.
