"Amy get off that telephone of yours my dear" Amy's grandmother said, "come over here and look at these beautiful picture of your daddy".
"Gran, im 16. I don't need your little sob stories. IM NOT A BABY ANYMORE!"

"OK dear, no need to get stressed" she continued.
Meanwhile, Mrs Billingford (Amy's mum) was cooking in the kitchen because her husbands mum (Amy's gran) had polio. Polio is a disease that can cause you not to walk and you can get very poorly.
Amy's mum was called April and her husband was at work over in Florida. He works at a motoring company and travels internationally each month. They are very rich but couldn't pay for treatment to cure polio.
Mrs Hadley
Mrs Hadley worked in the shop down the road from 38 Crichton avenue. Amy's father was called Ben and him and Mrs Hadley had knew each other for over 25 years. They went to school together and Ben and Mrs Hadley started dating for a bit, but they had been friends for so long they decided it seemed a bit weird. They have been friends ever since though.
