The origins of the human race has, for the most part, been unknown. They've jumped planet to planet throughout the past million years in search for new places to call home, but along the way have lost touch with their past and the original planet Earth. The human species has been scattered all across the universe as they found different alien creatures, both friend and foe along the way.
Whether they were truly alone in the universe or not hasn't been asked in 7 million years since they originally left planet earth for better things. What year is it, you may ask, well, no one knows. They lost count about 6.5 million years ago and just gave up. Who needs to know what year it is anyways? As long as you know the time and what day of the week it is, you're all set.
