EPILOGUE
"Are you ready?" León asked Violetta. Violetta glanced around their empty apartment that they've lived in for the past four years, moving in together a couple months before Mateo was born. Mateo was now almost four, Gabriella was one and a half, and Violetta was four months pregnant.
"I think so," Violetta told her husband. León set their set of keys on the kitchen counter. He glanced back at Violetta who was walking slowly around the empty apartment.
"What are you thinking about?" León asked his wife.
"It feels weird moving out of here," Violetta answered. "It feels like yesterday we moved in and slept on the air mattress for a couple weeks."
"That's because you wanted to sleep on an air mattress," León responded. Violetta smiled. "But it does feel weird. We've lived here for four years, we've brought Mateo and Gabby home here. We've had so many memories here, but we're going to make so many more at our new home." León held his hand out, and Violetta grabbed it.
"Wait," Violetta stopped León from walking out of the apartment. "Do you remember how we walked in for the first time after we signed the lease?" Violetta asked.
"You want me to carry you out?" León questioned. Violetta nodded. "You're serious?"
"Of course I'm being serious, León!" Violetta responded. "Now c'mon, Fede and Ludmi are already at our new place with Mateo and Gabby." Violetta smiled.
León put an arm behind Violetta's back, and under her knees and lifted her up with ease. Violetta wrapped her arms around his shoulders, and laid her head near the crook of his neck.
"Are you going to fall asleep?" León asked, jokingly, when he walked out of the apartment, for a final time.
"Not this time," Violetta told him. "But your arms are really comfy," Violetta added, faking a yawn.
"You can walk now," León said, dropping his arm, but Violetta was hanging from his neck, eventually wrapping her legs around his torso. "You're being difficult," León joked. Violetta smiled, but held him tighter.
"But you still love me," Violetta responded.
"That I will always do," León replied. "Now let's go see our kids at our new home." Violetta nodded, feeling butterflies in her tummy, but it was most likely the baby moving.

León parked in front of their new house. It was in a cul-de-sac in Buenos Aires. Their new house was right beside Federico and Ludmila's house.
"Hold on," León called out before Violetta opened the door.
"You don't need to do this," Violetta said.
"You wanted to be carried out of our apartment, but you don't want to be carried through the door of our new house?" León questioned. Violetta sighed, but let León pick her up.
"Ludmila and Fede are already inside," Violetta said, reaching for the doorknob to help León. León lightly kicked the door open.
"Are you guys serious?" Ludmila asked, looking at the couple walking in. "She's four months pregnant, she doesn't have broken legs."
