Ness approached his neighbour's house, knocking on it gently.
Usually he's always the one getting the knocked door, but for once the tables have turned.
Porky answered it.
"So, what did your Ma say huh?"
He asked immediately, stepping on the porch.
"She said we can go if we got bus tickets." Ness replied.
"Crap, I'm broke."
Porky grunted.
"Don't you worry Pork, I'm gettin' you a ticket too. On the house."
Ness smirked, turning his cap to the side when it was facing his front.
"Really Pig's Butt? You'll do that for me?" Porky did a snicker, but he looked thankful enough.
"Yeah. For sure. Just don't cause any trouble." Ness said, giggling.
"Oh crap dude! Thanks!" Porky gave an oddly sweet smile, which unsettled Ness.
"O-oh. It's no prob." He jumped off of Porky's porch.
Porky followed.
"Wait." Ness stopped.
"What?"
"Did you ask your dad if you can bus to Fourside?"
"...Yeah."
"I know you didn't, don't lie."
"Ah c'mon.. Like he really cares."
"Hey, I guess you're right about that."
They both laughed it off together, and headed for the bus stop.
Once they got to the bus stop sign, the two began waiting for their bus to show up. Porky yawned. "When will this ol' bus show up?" He asked with a complaining tone. Ness continued watching out for a bus.
"It's usually here.. Like instantly, I swear." Ness replied. "Maybe they're just, er, busy?"
"Let's just walk." Porky exclaimed, beginning to walk off.
"Porky no! My mom said I can only go if I took the bus." Ness retorted, as Porky continued walking.
"Why don't you just rebel? It's not THAT far. We just have to walk through Twosoon, Threeeed, the deseeeert.." Porky said, still continuing to walk.
"Pork- Ughh.." Ness ran after him.
"Hahah. That's the spirit! Sure your 'ma won't mind too much, as long as 'yer with me!" Porky did a chortle, getting a faster pace going.
"It's surprising that YOU want to walk there. Don't ya hate walkin'..?" The psi boy asked, as they approached the forest that brought them through to Twoson.
"Oh yeah, I hate it.. But my urge to see Fourside once again is stronger than my hate of walkin'
