Chapter 3

Dear journal,

Luna went up and said "hi, my name is Luna and I am a werewolf"

I was panicking what if people got scared like the teacher but nope luna took her ears out and people surprisingly were cool about it but.... When I got up there

I said "hi I'm Alexis and I am also a werewolf a pretty rare one to be exact"

Some people were like "NOOOO whyyyyyy not her she can't be a werewolf"

And others said "when she said pretty she was right"

I was really disappointed I felt like I just wanted to run out of the room but I didn't later after everyone introduced themselves we all started talking about making a play or a musical in both people could participate I was thinking of giving the idea sleeping beauty or a recreation of a movie my idea of the recreation was spiderman homecoming you also didn't know but I love superhero movies and one of my favorite superheroes is well spiderman. And Jake was thinking of the idea of like a battle of the bands I LOVED that idea you might not know but I'm pretty good at singing wow I'm just telling you a bunch of things you don't know about me everyone voted on that idea even me I known this was theatre class but the teacher didn't mind yay! My next class was Journalism. Luna and ugh Soren oh and also Alexius yay! When I sat down next to Alexius he was surprised we never really have classes together. We were making a newspaper together. My class was the only class who got to work on it. I was with interview. A boy named Austin was head of the interview part of the newspaper. I hope he isn't too bossy anyway. I saw Luna and Jake talking then I sorta not really eavesdropped and I heard that they were talking about the freshman leaf dance he said he wanted to ask a girl and Luna said that that girl would definitely say yes I was heartbroken but then again a part of me knew that I would never have a chance with Jake I let one tear slip past my eye I sniffled then they said something that I felt like they knew that Someone heard them, as I was crying in my room since school ended Luna texted me and asked if I was going to be at the picnic. I said yes I definitely know that one place I won't be at is the freshman leaf dance just thinking about it Disgusts me. After a while of laying in my bed I got up and changed into a cute outfit it was a pretty black shirt with a blue patterned sweater and I wore a grey skirt with blue boots I loved it I also put a black bow in my bow Then After I changed I asked Luna if galaxy could come she said yea. Galaxy said she was good ongoing. We all took the bus there as I went in the guys looked At me and Luna said nice outfit Jake said the same I said thanks sounding a bit disappointed when we go5 there and after setting everything up Then Jake took me aside took my hands and asked me to go to the dance. I was shocked since I wasn't going I said

"S..sorry Jake but I'm not going" I let a few tears slip by he looked really upset and said

"I..it...its ok I didn't expect you to say yes" he then let one tear slip he then hugged me tightly. Then he went up to Luna and said mad and really disappointed

" You said she would say yes," he said, clearly upset.

" I was depending on you," he said. Luna's eyes got wet. Luna ran to the bus stop and got onto the bus without saying a word. I did the same five minutes later Jake tried to stop me by grabbing by hand but galaxy stopped him I ran in the bus I went to my dorm and watched T.V. with tears streaming down my face I didn't want to make Jake feel bad and by making him feel bad I hurt another friend it's my fault I hurt both of them. I Then Got a text from Luna about Jake. I lied and said I didn't know that he had hurt her. The next day I walked into Digital Design and Jake ran up to me and Luna I walked away really sad remembering the sad hug he gave me and his question that I denied I still felt really really bad. Luna avoided him and sat down in the last seat in the last row. We needed partners for this one and Jake came up to her and asked her if they could be partners. She said yes.

Then the leader of the interview in journalism Austin came up to me and asked to be partners he was shy but I let it slip he was funny so I giggled a lot. Then Jake had a conversation with Luna

he then walked over to me

" Look, I'm sorry for what I said," Jake said

" It's okay." She said

In class, we were supposed to make a tour of a house. It was so fun and I might have learned a few things from Jake in computer on Tuesday because my 3D looked better than usual as Austin kept making me laugh and giggle Jake was jealous then again he didn't show it he growled though I thought we should be apart for a while since the dance thing ruined him

I was really happy in Home economics I felt like a big weight has been lifted off of my chest while baking but news flash Jake was in that class so was Soren and yay Luna but Luna was already partners with Soren and I didn't know anyone else in the class so I was forced to partner with Jake everything was so awkward The F teacher was really nice. She explained the steps of the baking and when things were supposed to go in the cake and why. As I glanced one glance at Jake he asked Soren in French and when I sat down next to him the first thing that he asked was

" look I'm sorry I put that pressure on you and Luna"

I said it was fine but I was also sorry for getting his hopes up he hugged me. Then Luna texted me to meet her in the girl's bathroom on the second floor. I told Jake I would be back he nodded and 8 left

" Why do you hate Soren?" She Asked

" What do you mean?" I asked 'dang it she knows I mean I hate him but I don't have a reason the thing is I feel like I've always hated him not sure why I feel that I just do' I said in my mind

" Every time we are in class together you give him a snarl when you walk past and ignore him the whole class even when he asks you for an eraser you ignore him. You even did it at the picnic!" She said

" Well, there was that time he made you faint," I said

" That wasn't his fault," she said

" I have to tell you something really important and the only other person that knows this is Leaf." She said like I must of know. as I heard that my ears perked up.

" I - I have the power of the night." said

I mean I was expecting something more surprising but

I said "Ok? Not trying to be rude but I was expecting something that was really important like Soren asked you to the dance or something like that anyways I have powers to like I can control the galaxy and how the world rotates and stuff I can also control the elements and I can make things out of air with my imagination."

I feel like I made her feel really sad but I mean I was trying to tell her I also have powers I didn't mean to sound like oh I'm better than you no I would never be like that to my friend she looked so surprised, then

I said annoyingly "are we done here I mean we resolved the Soren thing and the power thing"

" You shouldn't be talking to me like that." She said like seriously

" And why is that?" I Said

" Because I'm royalty." She said like I don't care you Make it sound so important

" And I am too," I said annoyed like your not THAT important wow I'm so rude now I wonder why!?!!?! then I stormed out and went back to Jake he asked why I looked annoyed I said I would tell him later at my dorm.
