As Elvis got more famous his mother got more sick. Before she got so sick she had to go to the hospital Elvis bought her a pink Cadillac.
It was very thoughtful of him but soon after she had to go to the hospital and when she did Elvis parked the pink Cadillac outside her window so she could see it every day.
Gladys is her name Gladys Presley.
Died August 14th 1958. She was buried under Graceland Elvis's mansion which is now a museum in Memphis Tennessee.
