See, your writer is here with her first TS! This is a different story where you'll find Devakshi's love blossoming during FIFA World Cup! Well, as whole world is busy enjoying football world cup, I thought of publishing this story when it peeped in my mind. Honestly, I'm not a football fan, I'm a huge cricket fan. But lately watching football matches and realized its not bad at all😅😜.

OK, so much of my bakbak. Let's start.

This story is purely based on my imagination. Any similarities with other characters or story is simply a coincident.

A Sunday Morning,

Sun rays peeped through the window, enlightening the interior. Sonakshi once looked outside to find the sky cloudless today, such a bright morning. Soon her gaze fixed on its previous position which is her book. She adjusted her glass and immersed herself again in the book. Her world, she and her books! She shouldn't waste her time admiring the nature. If she does so, then who'll write in the exam and score first? Concentrate, Sona. She was reading attentively, highlighting the important lines. A calm and quiet surrounding was always her choice for study, she prefer reading in silence far away from noise. As today is Sunday she had planned her whole lesson for today as there is only 14 days remaining for the exams to begin.

But the calm and quiet surrounding couldn't last long due to the hustle bustle which was coming maybe from the society ground. She could guess what's the source of this noise. She closed her book keeping her pen on the page which she was reading and moved to the balcony of her room. She looked down and saw the boys and also some girls of their society laughing, jumping in enjoyment- all of them had wore their Brazil jersey. And a little far from them another group is seen with their Argentina jersey standing disappointment. OK, so its football match. What else can it be after all, FIFA world cup has begun. Her attention was drawn to Dev who was doing some actions with football in his hand. What was that? Wait a minute, is he dancing? Suddenly a smile crept on her face seeing such a weird dance talent. Only he can do this, she thought shaking her head slightly. Who would say that he is a last year student? He is still a 10 years old boy!

Every Brazilian were seen to boo the Argentines, the poor Argentines leaving the ground with an angry face. That scene which make Sonakshi leaving a sigh in disappointment. Kids also joined Dev giving him company in the weird dance. Seriously! This ground was made for kids to play, but here the 'young-old' boys were playing. They were shouting out of their lungs, enjoying every bit of their victory. If they can celebrate their a little victory this way, what would they do if Brazil win the world cup??? Sonakshi closed her eyes thinking the possibilities.

Dev suddenly looked up to show his gratitude to God while he found Sonakshi looking at them. He grinned widely seeing her,"Hey Sona!" She looked at Dev who was waving football instead of his hand!

"What are you doing here? Come, let's celebrate!" Dev said gesturing her to come. Why would she celebrate Brazil's victory? How smart this boy is! He had decided her to be a Brazil fan without asking her. "See, we beat that Argentines by 3-1! We'll do the same in the world cup too, right guys?" He asked, his grin not leaving his face. Everybody shouted in unison-"Yessss!!" As if they are gonna participate in world cup!
