I'm on my way to the restaurant my mother asked me to have dinner with. It is one of those rare times we will eat as a family unless there is some occasions. I heaved a sigh as I think of a reason for her to call me and have a dinner out of nowhere. It's not that I don't want to have dinner with my family it's just that I feel nervous. I don't even know why am I nervous.
As I walked inside the resto. I rubbed my hands on my pants, feeling jittery. A woman came to me and asked if I'm with someone. I told her my father's name and she guide me to a private room my father reserved for us.
As I enter the room, I found my mom and she gave me a warm smile and wave to me.
