Short little preview as I've been working on the sequel for LMB. Keep in mind, this account did go through an author change but I've done my research and I hope you'll enjoy the sequel as much as the first one. This is just the preview to reassure everyone that I have been working on the sequel regardless how many side projects I might do before the release of this. I'm starting Uni soon so I won't be uploading yet until I have a clear plot and its not so messy. The drafts right now are a bunch of random lines and notes and obviously aren't anywhere near to getting released but I've been getting messages that people want a sequel like now and that can't happen yet, lol. Please stay patient and I'll have something worth reading!
In the meantime, enjoy this little snippet that may or may not change in the final draft, hahah!!

{Preview}
7:30 A.M.
Everything started like a normal morning, nothing out of the ordinary. Except that I woke up feeling like someone was watching me. I got out of bed to check the window with a gun in hand but there was nothing but the guard doing their usual rounds.
9:10 A.M.
Miki walked into my office and handed me a cup of tea to keep me relaxed after I had talked to the Mafia families about our plans to coexist. Drama had been brewing recently as a fight for territory had broken out and the heads were all trying to keep their own in line before major damaged was done. Having Miki around always made me feel better.
12:00 P.M.
The feeling of someone watching me wasn't just my imagination like I originally had thought. There was definitely someone keeping an eye on me and my paranoia was getting the best of me. I had drawn a gun on Mikhail when he snuck up behind me and scared him half to death which resulted in a fight.
5:00 P.M
Mikhail and I had fought again for something silly and neither of us had apologized. Harsh words were yelled and he stormed out of the house in anger and I hadn't heard from him since. The feeling of someone watching me now intensified and I had to look behind me every second. I felt like I was going insane.
6:10 P.M
Mikhail came back home and we made up. Everything was fine until later when we'd start another pointless fight. The arguments were getting more frequent and neither of us were teenagers anymore so sometimes I'd wonder if he'd leave me. I didn't want that but our fights drained the energy out of me.
12:00 A.M.
After a round of bullets crashed through our window and sent us in a half aware state to the floor for protection,, I sent Mikhail to talk to security about the breach so he wouldn't see the note attached to the brick. I never knew four words could ever instill such fear in me like the ones in the note did. The blood in my body ran cold as I stated at the note in complete disbelief.
"I'm done hiding -Elisha"
