chapter 4:meeting friends and accidents

Hawk's pov
During recess,rose introduced me to her new friends."The brown haired boy is Justin Clinton. The two blonde haired boy and girl are Arnold and Agnes bolt.Chloe Tan is the black haired girl."I said hello to them but something looked familiar about justin something I haven't seen in a long time. Anyways,it was almost time for fce(food and consumer education)where our teacher ms lim asked us to bake a pie. Too easy.I decided to make an apple pie.I took out some of the apples in my bag and started to bake the pie. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw rose struggling to bake a pumpkin pie. I chuckled as a bubble on it blew up and slapped her with pumpkin pie. However I almost burnt my pie while being distracted by rose.I heard a little giggle and turned around to see rose laughing. Aahhhh that nice laugh. Something I long to hear.

Rose's pov
What a class anyways it is time to go home.I wonder where hawk stays.[Argh stop....thinking....about....him!!!]my negative side said. (Nonsense and utter trash you are saying. Love can never be held back.)my positive side said. I walked back home thinking about hawk and I was walking across the road while daydreaming.suddenly a car came in at a high speed.when I heard the honk my eyes went wide but then a shadow knocked me out of the way. I rolled off onto the other side of the road with a few scratches and bruises. But the person got smashed by the car and he/she flew forward and smacked a tree. The driver skidded to a halt and came out. "What was that boy thinking." So it was a boy and when he rolled to show his face it was......Justin.
