chapter 2: Her name

My brother dropped me at school (Dean Field High) "enjoy your day" he said easily, "and wait, sorry about the punch ok, just don't tell mum and dad" he said as I walked away.

I entered the schools premises and walked over to my locker. We would be having history as I was in 9th grade.

I got to class late and everyone was settled. They all stared at me including my teacher, I took my seat behind my crush, Mindy Wales. I kept quiet as the teacher left the class.

"Did you do my assignment?" Mindy asked, "Yes it's in my locker" I replied, "Give it to during lunch, you can seat with us during lunch" she told me, as she sighed and turned away.

The class began to make noise and I had no friends so I sat in the back corner at my class. I watched how Mindy joked about with her friends. Then the nerd of the class worked up to me, he was notoriously known for eating his boogers thus the name booger boy was embedded to him.

"Hi Will" he said to me, "Felix"I replied, "since we are both not busy (grunts) I was wondering if you would want to see my rock collection" " sure" I said sarcastically but he apparently didn't know the meaning of sarcasm so he went ahead and brought them out and showed me all his rocks.

Lunch time
Felix calls me to seat with him as I walked past with my tray and ignored him as if he wasn't even there, I stared at Mindy as she whispered something to them and began to laugh.

This was it, I was going to seat with them going to share a laugh going to...."um who are you?" Mindy asked me, "Will your..." I said cut by Mindy "I don't know you can you leave. Her boyfriend John Maxwell stands up in haste and shoves me away, "what's your prob?" he asked me "Dont you touch me"he shoves me again, "what you gonna do, cry, cry now! Cry like the bitch you are" he said while shoving me. Then I shove him back, he then comes to pounce on me as his friends held him back. "Me You tomorrow after school basket ball court, be there" "I'll destroy your existence" he said again, "get lost, nerd" Mindy told me.

I walk away in silence as Felix calls me, then I seat with him and have lunch
