"andrea, cálmate" i chuckle
"calm down?" she scoffs. "THE PARTY IS IN AN HOUR AND WE AREN'T EVEN READY!!" she yells. i playfully roll my eyes and turn back to the banner we were previously hanging.
i hang the banner the way andrea tells me to and we're free to get ready for the party. i go into my room—at my aunts house—to get dressed into a long sleeve brown dress and matching heels.

"ooh you cutie!" andrea says, walking into my room as i'm straightening my hair. i smile at her and strike a pose as she is taking a picture of me.
guests soon start arriving so i sit on the couch, scrolling through instagram before posting a picture.

"can't they just come over here?" i ask, not looking up from my phone.
"come on!" she says. i stand up, not taking my eyes off the phone. "this is rita, todd, justina, isabella, and marcel..." she says, my eyes become wide but i don't look up. i know who's there. i know that when i look up i'm going to see him. i know for a fact that no matter how long i keep my head down, he's still going to be there. so i look up. i shake hands with rita, todd, justina, and isabella. when i get to marcel, he shakes my hand. "hola" he smirks, making me blush...
