Taylor's POV:
I was in the ambulance with Riley and after about 5 minutes we got to the hospital.
They told me to wait at reception as they took her into a room 3 floors up.
They started doing blood tests on her and did examinations to see if she had any serious injuries.
It had been 5 hours since I got here and I had just got the results back.
They told me she was in a coma...
I walked outside and literally had a breakdown. One of the nurses came out and asked me if I wanted to see her and I said ok.
We walked up 2 flights of stairs and 3 rooms down a hallway and eventually we got to her room.
She looked so peaceful but in so much pain, she was connected to a heart rate machine and had a plastic tube pushed into her skin.
I walked up to her and sat next to her.
"I'll leave you too alone for a while" the nurse said with a soft soothing voice.
As she left and closed the door quietly. I sat down on a chair next to Riley's bed and I lifted her arm to gently place her hand in mine.
"umm... I don't know if you can hear me, but I just want you to relax cos the more you fight the more you lose and that means I will lose you and I don't want to lose another sister"
(Riley: I used to have a twin until she commit suicide from bullying)
"and if I lose another sister I will just be stuck with Mom and I don't want to be stuck with Mom and I'm not doing the chours on my own (little giggle) please, just, don't leave me" I whispered with tears rolling down my cheeks.
Riley's POV:
"...Please, just, don't leave me" a voice said.
I opened my eyes to see someone sobbing into my hand, I moved my hand away from him.
"who are you?" I asked
"I'm your brother... Taylor, Taylor Caniff. And, your Riley Caniff. Remember?" the boy said.
"Taylor?.." I whispered, tears rolling down my cheeks.
I sat up and hugged him as hard as I could, he hugged me back, it felt so warm to me in his arms again.
An asian boy a normal boy and a girl with curly hair walked into the room.
"W-who are they?" I said starting to get worried.
"its me. Carter. Carter Reynolds. Don't you remember?" the asian boy said, tears filling up in his eyes.
"I'll go get a nurse" said the curly haired girl.
A nurse walked in and started asking me questions.
"what's your name?" she said.
"umm... Riley Caniff" I said.
"how old are you" she said.
"umm... err... 16" I said.
"name everyone in this room please" she said.
I stared at everyone.
"my brother, Taylor. My friend, Mahogany and Matt. And, err, I don't know his name..." I said pointing to the asian boy.
"Riley. I'm your boyfriend. Carter, Carter Reynolds?" he said.
"I don't remember you being my boy...friend but I remember your name." I said.
"well. I'll leave you guys to try to help her remember other things" the nurse said walking out and shutting the door.
"can. When I go home can that boy. Umm... Carter stay with be?" I said pointing at carter.
"sure if thats alright with him." Taylor said.
"yeah sure. No problem." Carter said.
*2 DAYS LATER*
It was Tuesday night when I came out and I was able to stay with Carter. But I still had no memory.
"can we both sleep in my bed Carter?" I asked slipping my hand into his.
"sure" he said.
That night we both slept together. And I had a dream...
"CARTER!! TAYLOR!!" I yelled at the top if my voice.
Carter jumped up and Taylor came running in.
"WHAT!?!?" they both said at the same time.
"I-I remember everything!!!" I screamed, tears in my eyes.
"Well tell us what you remember!!!" Taylor yelled.
