Winnie Phillips is a thirteenth year old used to live with the Phillips (The Phillips are from the very first part of the game/demo) And after Daniel went deviant, Her Mom and sister, Caroline and Emma Phillips, took some time away, and left Winnie with Hank, an long time friend. (In my sorta AU Hank was friends with the Phillips) Soon after that, Hank had to investigate about the deviants with an Android, RK800, Also known as Connor. Winnie begged Hank to let her come with, He begrudgingly let her.
