It only said that the power of rainbow can be converted to lighting which gives enemies the blast.

I'm too tired from all of that training but need to restore peace of this Digital world.
The survivors and I were sleeping until Grumpy Cat found us.
He was destroying everything and now's my chance to use the lightning blast and shot Grumpy.
He went away but left a message.
Battle me in the park.
I'm now prepared to fight along with Rodolfo and the other five soldiers.
