I heard a car pull in the driveway and I was praying that I was Caine.
next thing I know my door swings open and I'm in caines arms.
"baby I missed you so much" he murmured against my neck.
"don't baby me Caine what the hell happened? why did you ignore me for weeks? and of all things why would you go after that slut?" I screamed back at him and pushed him away.
"will you give me 10 minutes to explain? please" he said looking down.
"you have five and it better be good"i said as I walked away and say on my bed
"okay well I got a call from your mom and she began telling me how you were planning on leaving me. I know I shouldn't have believed her but I did and I'm sorry.when you told me you were going to lunch with her I got paranoid that you weren't really going with her so I called and asked her if she had planned in going to lunch with you and she said that she hadn't heard from you. and avery I don't know why but Amanda had your sent all over her like it was her own and I couldn't keep myself away. I really think your mom has something to do with this" he finished out of breath.
"that explains why she didn't want me to talk to you in the past two weeks. she also keeps getting these calls from restricted numbers. I'm so sorry all this happened." I said tearing up.
"come here baby" he said
I crawled up to him and cried in his chest. why would my own mother want me to feel so hurt like this. I need to speak with dad.
