This story is about a guy named August who lives in the bad side of town of Brooklyn and is we'll know for being the king of the streets and is most feared along with his gang. August isn't like most, he doesn't trust no one and plays things smart & has never loved someone besides his mom & little sister.
Gracie has been throw a lot in life and has to move to Brooklyn with her single mom after her big brother Trey got killed due to him being in a gang. Gracie swore she would never get involved with someone who was in a gang because she didn't want to go throw those sleepless night and brake downs again.
But what happens when the new girl at school as a sinior hangs with the wrong crowd and is saved my august but only to get caught up in his dangerous life ?
