Thor's POV

I went across the BiFrost and asked heimdel to see how Jane was doing.

"Not too good...she has approximately 2 hours and 32 minutes to live."

"I will be back in a few hours, if Erin asks where I am, lie to her, okay.... for me?!"

Heimdel gave me a sceptical look.

"Thor, I will try my hardest but as you know I am not good at this. Maybe you should ask Loki, he is alot better at this!"

I look at him with disbelief,

"No, Heimdel, no. Just do it...Okay!"

I make my way down to the hospital where Jane lies.

Her eyes lit up when she sees me.

"T-T-Thor?" *cough* How is she?!"She looks worried.

"My love, she is with the Alfather in Asgard."

I tell her about my day with her.

"At least, she is safe and happy!" She coughs again for longer.

"Thor, I love you and please, give these to Erin when she comes back home. Thank you for giving me the two most amazing things, you and Er-"

Her heart rate machine is dropping and one long beep is ringing through my ears.

"Jane, Do you need a doctor? Doctor!DOCTOR!"

"Sir, please leave!"

I grab the letter and the small half-a-heart locket she left for me and inside was a picture of Jane and me. A tear came to my eye and rolled down my cheek.

I grab a mug of coffee because I have been waiting for about 4 hours now. I take a seat outside her ward and then a doctor came along.

"Excuse me but is Jane Foster okay?"

"Ahh, you must be her partner. I'm really sorry but you must go talk to the head doctor. I am not equipped to deal with this situation. I'm sorry."
