               * Chapter 3 *

  Harry P.o.v.

  "I'm gonna walk outside for a bit, boys. I'll be back soon." I called out to the boys sitting on the two beds in the hotel room we were staying in after we just finished another concert.

   Niall and Zayn we're singing a duet of Can't Touch This by MC Hammer. It was actually pretty funny to watch them sing and dance on the bed with Liam like idiots. They stopped once I had said I was going out.

  "Okay Harry, but be safe, don't get mugged." Liam said in a warning tone with his eyebrows raised. I rolled my eyes at him, he really was a sweetheart but it gets a bit annoying at times.

   "Yes mummy Liam." I said to him, smirking like a child. He just rolled his eyes and turned back to talking with Zayn.

  "Could you bring back some food? There's like, nothing to eat here and I'm pretty starved." Niall asked, whining. People always said he liked food, and yeah it's true, he really does.

   "Yeah, sure Ni." I said and pulled my brown coat on, walking toward the door.

   "Bye guys." I called and I heard them say bye before I shut the door, making my way down the hotel hall, where Paul was at the end. I loomed down at the dotted and striped pattern of the carpet, then up to the creme white walls.

  I finally made it to Paul, "Hey Paulie." I said hugging him, him hugging back, "Hello Harry, what'd you need?" He asked me after we let go. I shuffled my boot feet before answering, "I was wondering of I could walk a bit to just get some fresh air, it's dark outside so I shouldn't get mobbed," I said looking up a bit at him and I could practically see him having an inner battle about it. He finally looked at me, questioningly, and sighed.

   "Fine, fine, you can go, but be back in..." He looked at the black watch he was wearing, "20 minutes, if not I'm coming to get you, alright?" I smiled and nodded, "Ok. Thanks Paulie." He patted my arm and I made my way to the silver elevator doors. I pressed the button making it turn red and a squeaky ding was heard. The doors opened and I went inside, clicking the first button.

  It dinged again, and I got out, making my way to the front doors and pushing them open, the cool night air hitting my face, and I inhaled it, walking down the sidewalk.

  I looked at the old brick buildings, some new some old, and turned down a street. Thankfully, not many people were out, seeing as it was 10 Pm on a Monday.

  I sighed, inhaling the crisp cool air. I need to have a little break sometimes, just to think and clear my head, even though I don't have much on my mind at the time, I still like to get out and about.

I kicked a little stone and watched it patter away, onto the road and kept on walking.

  I walked until I saw an alley way, and started to hear little noises. It sounding like a dog or cat whimpering, but I don't see anything. I looked closer as I stood in front of the small, dark, and wet space, then something caught my eye. It looked like a person...a boy to be exact, laying in a puddle holding cute little white flowers to his chest.

  I gasped once I got closer, and crouched down beside the beanie wearing boy, with torn up clothes. He had to be freezing, it was pretty cold outside and he had on a muddy, torn shirt with thin sweat pants and a beanie.

   He was alone, no one is out at this part of town at night unless you're looking for a cheap hook up or drugs. I looked at where he was at, laying on the ground, dark moldy brick walls, the sides of old buildings on each side of him. It smelled bad back here, too. Like something rotting. I guess he hasn't taken a shower for quite a while.
