Kara's POV
Now that I am nine months pregnant, everything is crazy. Trying to paint the nursery and getting more clothes. I still haven't prepared my hospital bag for the twins, Mon El, and I so I started doing that. But the twins are 2 days past due so I'm going to see Alex today.
Alex's POV
When Kara comes to the DEO to check on the twins, I was thinking that I could break her water for her. But then I thought about asking Kara's mom from Krypton about how a Kryptonian pregnancy works. As I am in my thoughts, Kara and Mon El walk in. We say hi and get started with the baby scan. After, Kara and I were talking about the babies when suddenly... BOOM!!!! The DEO is under attack. Being herself, Kara changes into an agent uniform and starts fighting when she gets knocked out. A team of nurses come rushing in. Kara then wakes up from force. "Kara... We need to deliver the babies right now" I say. Kara immediately burst into tears. " No no no no no we can't. I need Mon El. Where is he? " She asks. I tell her that he's fighting. She started crying harder as a contraction hits. "Oh god. Kara you are already fully dilated! Ok um at the next contraction I want you to push OK?" I tell her .
Kara's POV
As I am crying my face off, I feel the next contraction and push immediately. After 3 long pushes, baby A is born. My little girl. Then I push again for what seems like forever and then Baby B is here. My little boy. I then sigh in relief. I had stopped crying after having A. I held them in my arms. Then Mon El comes rushing in, seeing the little babies in my arms. I hand him B and he immediately knows which one he is. "What are you guys going to name them? " Alex asks. "This is Arielle Alexandra Mathews" I say. " And this is Mike Alexander Mathews. Or MJ for Mike Jr. " Mon El adds. Alex then gets emotional after hearing the middle names of the babies. I then gave Arielle to Mon El and went to sleep.
