Level Up! (Hangul: 레버럽!) is an upcoming 2018 girl group survival reality show on Mnet. It is a project in which the public choose from 32 girls from all continents (of full or half East and Southeastern Asian descent) to create Next Level Entertainment's new girl group. The winning 7 contestants, with no nationality caps, as voted only by Korean viewers, will promote as a group for 4 years.

Produced by LVL2-TV (Next Level Entertainment's TV and media sub-company), the show's premiere date is yet to be announced, although it is rumoured to be around July/August 2018. It will air every Saturday at 21:00 (KST). The number of episodes is yet to be announced. It is directed by Ahn Joon-young, who also directed the first two seasons of Produce 101 and Produce 48.

Level Up! is a unit girl group project, which brings together 32 trainees from different entertainment companies both inside and outside of South Korea. From the 32 trainees, 7 will be selected to form a unit girl group. The unit group will debut under the record label Next Level Entertainment and will be a part of the company for 4 years. The groups members, concept and name will be decided by voters.
