Obsolete Warriors!

Leila's POV:
A day in the future and we already lost one of our members! We follow Cody to his newest invention so we can rescue Mikey from being killed wherever he may be.
"This is the Hover Shell!" Cody says
"Woah, this is incredible!" Donnie said
"Agreed." I nodded.
"You guys like it? I copied it from your blue prints Don." Cody said shyly.
"Now let's get Mikey!" Raph said, jumping into the Hover Shell. We all follow him.

We get to where the pin said Mikey was and I looked at Raph.
"You guys go get Mikey, I'll watch them." I said, referring to Elizabeth and Cody. He nods
"Alright. We'll be back babe." He kisses my forehead and goes down with his father and brothers.
"Oh man! We get to see them in action!" Cody says, looking out the window.
"How come you're not fighting with them, Leila?" Elizabeth asks me and I smile
"Because, someones gotta keep an eye on you kids." I responded and she smiles
"Fair enough." They say in unison.
"But I really wanted to see you in action! Casey wrote down how you use to fight like no one else, that you and Raph were the greatest fighting duo in the world!" Cody exclaims and my eyes widen
"Oh really? Didn't know Casey wrote about me." I said, looking at Raph fight. I saw one of the phantoms sneaking up on Raph and Leo. I gasp. "Are there any weapons installed??"
"Not yet." Cody says. I grab the steering wheel.
"Then hold onto your shells!" I say and drive the Hover Shell down and knock the guy out, landing on the ground.
"Nice one babe!" Raph says, giving me a thumbs up. I smile and return the favor.
"Let's get going guys, before those officers come and find us." I say and they all pile into the Hover Shell and we go back to the penthouse.

1 WEEK LATER-

We were training in the living room, Serling going crazy because the guys were breaking things. I, on the other hand, was being as delicate and reckless as possible but at the same time skillful like a ninja.

"Woah, what's going on?" I hear Cody say.
"Master Cody, I can explain." Serling said
"We're training. You should see us with our weapons." Mikey said before getting hit with a rolling pin. "Or with rolling pins." He said groaning. We end out training session and look at Cody.
"Give me the word and I'll get rid of these hulagins Master." Serling said looking at Mikey. Cody looks at us and smiles widely. 
"Do it again!" Cody laughs. I smile and ruffle his hair. He reminds me so much of Casey it's scary. "Anyway, I think I figured out how to get you all home." He adds, looking at me.
"Awesome, lets go test it out." I say. We make our way to the lab.

We get these goggles just in case something goes wrong.
"I look stupid in these things." Raph says, playing with the giggles on his eyes, I giggle and hold his hand.
"Well you see there's a specific way to wear them, like so." Mikey stated, wearing the goggles on the bottom of his shell while he walked with his hands. I rolled my eyes and smiled.
"Ready to go guys, and gal?" Cody said.
"Don't let the time window hit you on the way out." Serling said. Just then Cody turned on the window and it started to work but then malfunctioned. Cody groaned in annoyance and frustration.
"I wrapped my head around this darn machine a million times and nothing seems to work! I can't duplicate the mistake I made that brought you all here!" He yelled and I walked up to him.
"Hey, at least you're trying. That's what's helping you out to be one step closer to duplicating that mistake. Patience will be a great key to finding the way." I say to him, resting my hand on his shoulder.
"Leila is right, Cody-san." Splinter agrees with me. Cody looks at me and smiles
"Thanks Leila." He says and I nod. "If I could get some tech from O'Neil Tech, it might help us." He added
"Don't you own the company? Can't you just go there and get it yourself?" Leo asked him and he sighs
"No, he is a perfect target for perps who want the fortune and estate. Whatever he needs is provided here at the penthouse." Serling said and we heard a ding come from the elevator.
"And how is my nephew doing today?" We hear a man say. I look to Raph and he nods. We all take the shadows except for Cody and Serling.
"Uncle Darius! Hi, I um want you to see-" he turns around and sees we're not there. "Oh nevermind then." Cody adds, scratching the back of his neck.
"Listen my boy, I made a promise to your dear father before his...passing...to keep you safe from any harm no matter the cost." This Darius guy says to Cody, walking with him to the collectors room. "You must not leave this penthouse, for your own safety. Understand?" He says. "Don't go roaming the streets like that again." He looks at Cody, something about this Darius man is off and I don't like it not one bit.
"Y-Yes Uncle Darius. I'm sorry." Cody says looking down. I bite my lip to keep myself from intervening.
"That's my boy. Now, if you need anything have Serling call me." Darius says and leaves. Once he does we emerge from the shadows.
"So, Darius Dun eh? He's a real party poopa." Raph says, looking at Cody.
"You have got to show me how you do that!" Cody says.
"Soon my dear grandson. So tell us who Darius Dun is?" I ask.
"Well, he's my uncle and my legal guardian. Since I'm too young to actually run O'Neil Tech, he does most of the heavy lifting until I'm old enough to do it myself." Cody explains. "Speaking of O'Neil Tech, why don't I show you all what it looks like on the inside. Besides, I need to get a piece for the time window." Cody adds. We agree and head to the Hover Shell.
"Are you coming with us Sensai?" Leo asks Splinter
"Not this time Leonardo. I've seen my soaps have survived 100 years. I have much to catching up to do." Splinter says and goes to the living room.
