Chapter 3

Xavier's PoV:

'Damn she is fine' I think to myself. I walk out of the classroom and head to my locker. As I round the corner I see Brooke is at her locker, but that player Brayden is there. I listen with my wolf hearing.... "Um no thanks" I hear Brooke say. "Aww why not baby? we could have so much fun. Just come over after school."

"Brayden I told you no.... Now get away from me." "You listen here Brooke you will come over tonight even if I have to drag you there!" he slams her into the lockers. That pisses me off and rage fills my body. I quickly walk down the hall towards him. Brayden glances at me then looks back at Brooke.

I walk right up to him. "Hey Brayden. What's up?" "Oh I'm just trying to get Miss Bitch over here to come...." I cut him off by punching him I'm the face and making him fall to the floor. "If I ever see you around my mate or calling her names again you will regret you did it. Understand!"

"Watch your back Alpha Xavier I will get your mate and I will kill you!" with that he stands and walks away. "Oh I wish he didn't go to this school! He's not even in our pack!" I yell and it echos through the hall. "Shh babe it's ok" "No Brooke it's not ok. If he ever messes with you again tell me ok. I have to keep you safe."

"Ok, but we should get to class..." "How about we ditch?" she didn't really seem pleased with that idea. "Ok but only once."

*skip when they go out the door and walk to the car cause that's boring xD*

"Ok we are here" I asked Brooke to close her eyes a few minutes before we got arrived at the place where I go when I need to just relax. "Open your eyes." she opens her eyes and they go wide and looked amazed.

"Oh my gosh. Xavier this is beautiful." I smile. "I knew you'd like it." she smiles and it's the most beautiful smile I've seen in my life. "This is where I come when I need to relax mostly but right now...when I'm here with you Brooke...I'm just happy." I smile and give her a peck on the cheek. She blushes and it's amazingly cute.

I tilted my head to look at the sky. I didn't realize Brooke was talking to me until she grabbed my hand. "Oh Brooke I'm sorry I was daydreaming." "Oh ok... Well I wanted to see what color your wolf is. If that's ok with you." "Of course you can."

I step away from her and go behind a tree so I can take my clothes off. (I didn't have a change of clothes and when you change into your wolf form your clothes kinda rip to shreds. I had to learn that the hard way.) I shift into my all black wolf. I feel the bones shifting in my body. I hear them cracking as well.

I come out from behind the tree and see that she's gone. I start to panic, until I see her step out from behind a tree in her wolf form as well. She's beautiful. She is all white. I walk over to her. Since we aren't in the same pack I can't mind link her.

She's smaller than me but that's because I'm an alphas son. She picks a stick up with her mouth and drags it on the ground. She is spelling something... Let's take a run I nod.

We take off running. I love the feeling of the wind in my fur and the moist soils beneath my paws. I look behind me because Brooke was only a foot behind me. She was gone. I stop running and tried to trace her scent. I start following it. As soon as I start following it I look to my right and she's laying by a tree. But now she's not just white.....she's red too.
