Marinette's POV
After being rejected by Adrien more than once I knew things would never change. Seeing him with Lila made it even harder. I just wanted him to know how much he meant to me but there was no hope. I started concentrating on other things rather than adrien, like making new designs and making something completely unexpected. For a while it was fun but certain things reminded me of adrien.
At The Park:
I was making new designs for a mini skirt for Alya but suddenly the clouds covered the sun and it started raining,the worst part was me and adrien became friends on a rainy day but to me I felt more than being just friends. I ran to the nearest store as fast as I could and saw Nino there with Alya. Alya saw me n ran towards me.
Alya: You're soaking wet! Didn't you bring a umbrella with You? Girl you gonna catch a fever if you keep acting so careless!
Marinette: I'm sorry Alya the rain was totally unexpected, it was sunny a while ago.
Alya takes my notebook and opens the page where I wrote a letter for adrien but never got the chance to give it to him.
Alya: Girl I know it's hard but you have friends who care about you.
Marinette: Thanks Alya.
*Nino still looking for his perfect new headphones*
Marinette: i should probably go home, my parents must be worried sick. See ya at school.
Alya: See ya...OH WAIT TAKE A UMBRELLA WITH YOU!
Marinette: Do I have to? :/
Alya: Yes you have to :)
At Home:
Tikki: Marinette Are you okay? I know this rain reminded you of him.
Marinette: I'm trying to control my feelings....( Crying )
Tikki: Oh mari don't cry, everything is gonna be okay. I can't feel your pain right now but all I can do is be there for you. You're strong, way stronger than you think you are. After all Chat doesn't want his lady to cry does he?
Marinette: Thanks I guess? It's pretty late and I have school tomorrow.
Tikki: Goodnight Marinette <3
Marinette: Goodnight Tikki love you <3
