After Emily got out of the hospital she webt to this place called daybreak. Its to help with suicidal thoughts and actions. She knew that she needed help so she thought that going to daybreak was a good idea. So after she was released she went to daybreak. After she got there, her bags were searched and same with her body. She was told she had to take off her hairtie on her wrist and to take off her bra. She thought that this was too extra that she couldn't have a bra.she had refused to talk it off. The was told the nore she refuses the londer she stays. So she took off her bra. Her phone was also taken, and gone through. She was not aloud to have a phone case, popsocket, or the back of her phone. They didnt want any hiding places for razorblades.
She was stuck there for weeks. Everyday she tried to go into the staff room and grab something sharp. Then the day before her release date she asked for a can of soda to go to bed with. Without thinking the staff gave it to her. She chugged it was fasr as she could and she broke open the can and cut her wrists with it. At that moment a staff walked into her room. She was told that she had to stay for another 2 months after that stunt she pulled.
