I look awful

I should do some adjusting
Oh my porcupine face
You look so swollen up
It's fine
Just put some make up
My face is swell
Because of the blue skies
It's hideous
No lies
Pink eyes
Pink cheeks
Pink lips
Pink freaks
Done with the make up
Now is time to go
Pretend to be happy
And go with the flow
Laughter after laughter
It's simple
You will cry after
