**Point of Kendra**

MAY.

“Kendra! Get the hell up! You need to get ready to leave! Your flight leaves in an hour!” I heard my mom call from outside the room. My sister Jessica and I are going to visit our Aunt in Colorado. Her name is Lisa. She hasn’t lived there long actually. She used to live in London England but moved back to the US. She told us she wanted us to come stay with her for the summer and my Senior year if our mom let us. She honestly doesn’t care what we do anymore. I think she gave up being our mom years ago when Jessica and I got in trouble with something. I can’t tell you yet because it’s too hard to talk about.

Yawning I get up from bed and change clothes. I change into a One Direction T-Shirt and purple skinny jeans. I pretty much own every color of skinny jeans. I like them. I put light make-up on and pack up all my stuff I need to keep with me and not on the plane. “You know you don’t need make-up to be pretty right Kendra? You are beautiful.” I heard Jessica say. “Easy for you to say. Everyone compliments you all the time on your beauty and you are the only one that compliments me.” I say a little to bitterly.

“I know it’s been hard the last couple years but trust me aunt Lisa will help us. She even told me she had a surprise waiting for us when we got there. Hey is that my One Direction shirt? I’ve been looking for that.” She laughed. “It could be. Mine is no where to be seen. I looked everywhere for it.” She nods and comes closer putting her hands on my shoulder. “Kendra I want you to know that I love you so much and this summer things are going to change for the better. I can feel it. Now let’s get you packed so we can get to Colorado!” She said packing all my stuff up.

I got up put my shoes on and our mom dropped us off at the Airport. “Goodbye girls. Have fun. Don’t get into trouble. Goodbye.” She said with no emotion. I sigh and pick up my bags. Leaving my mother standing there. Jessica finally caught up at the bags drop off. We dropped everything off and waited for the plane. I bought a magazine and sat down. ‘One Direction on Holiday’ “Hey it say One Direction is off tour for 2 years. It says they are still going to make albums though. Huh cool. “ I said reading still. I wonder where they are gonna be. “Flight 983 now boarding.” That’s us.

Upon landing I was the first to get off. I jumped down from the narrow stairs and hugged the ground. “Thank you land. I know you are lovely. You are my best friend I will never leave you again.” I hear someone clear their voice from behind me and I see Jessica tapping her foot and her arms crossed. “Um anyway we should get to Aunt Lisa’s and see what she has surprised for us.” I say standing up and brushing off the dirt that still clung to my body.

We grabbed our bags and got in the cab my sister called when we got off the plane. “Where to ladies?” The cab driver said smiling. Okay major creeper. Why are you staring at me you creeper? Do your job and drive me thanks. “Umm. 8907 Cooper road please.” He nodded turned the radio on and set on his way. I’m really nervous to see what Lisa had up her sleeves. She’s always doing something crazy. I look at Jessica who was knocked out. Aww she looked cute sleeping.

“So miss are you doing anything tonight?” The driver said. SHIIIIITTTTT. What do I say? Um oh dear. I’m sorry I can’t see my boyfriend. No He wouldn’t believe I had one. I never had one. Thanks to my sister. She always had a boyfriend. Except now. Her ex Robbie was an ass and tried to kiss me. She saw what he did and broke up with him straight away. But the scary thing is as he left he said “I’ll get you back Jess you and your sister just you wait.” It was beyond creeper city. Like what the hell is wrong with you? Are you stupid?
