Chapter 4 ♥

*Jessica’s Point Of View*

I walk up the stairs to Kendra’s room. “WAKE UP SLEEPING BEAUTY!!! DINNER IS READY!!!” I yelled. She jumps out of her bed and ends up on her butt. “You know, I really do hate you sometimes.” She fussed while getting up. “Awwh! Kendra! I love you to!” I added. I help her get up and we link arms then go downstairs. The boys are already at the table eating. “Mmm... Spaghetti!” Kendra says. We sit down, her in between Niall and Liam and me in between Louis and Zayn. I grab some spaghetti and start eating. Niall finished first, followed by Harry, Louis, Zayn, Liam then me and Kendra. I grab all the dishes and start to place them in the sink and fill it with water and soap. I start washing a few dishes. “Need any help babe?” Zayn asked. “Yes please.” I replied and smiled. “I wash you dry.” I added. “Alright!” he replied. We finished in about 15 minutes. Everyone was sitting around the coffee table playing truth or dare. “Scoot over” I said to Harry which he did. Zayn sat on the other side of me. I could see Kendra and Niall giggling. “ALRIGHT!!! Truth or Dare Jessica!?” Louis exclaimed. “Do you really have to shout? Hahaha. And I pick dare!” I hollered. Louis gave me the devilish look ever. “Oh, no.” I whispered to myself. Zayn and Harry heard me and then started to laugh. “I dare you to go outside and yell: I’m a big fat idiot!” He said “Fine!” I answered. I went outside and yelled “IM A BIG FAT IDIOT!” The neighbors were looking at me so I rushed inside. “I really hate you right now Louis.” I said jokingly. It was my turn and I dared Kendra to go trash her bedroom. She came back with a very angry look on her face. “Zayn!” Kendra yelled. “I dare you to kiss Jessica on the lips.” She added. I look at her with wide eyes. He lipped “Ha. Ha” Zayn looked at me and I could tell he was blushing, but so was I. He leaned in and we kissed, we backed away from each other and I bit my lip. It was so awkward now. And It was almost 1:00am. We all went to bed. I could feel Zayn looking at me. “Night boys!” Kendra and I yelled. “Night!” they all replied at once.

----Next Morning----

There were only 4 people up. Niall, Kendra, Zayn and me. We were all dressed awaiting for the day ahead of us. “Do you guys want to go for a walk around the city?” Kendra proposed. “Sure!” we all replied. We get our shoes on and start walking. “My feet are getting tired!!” I complained. “Jump on my back!” Zayn said. I jump on his back and then see Niall’s arm around Kendra and her arm around his waist. They were trying to do the walk in the music video “One Thing”. A fan came up and was taking pictures just like that. “Would you like a picture of us in the picture with you..?” Niall posed. “OMG OMG OMG YES!!!” said the fan. I got off Zayn’s back and Kendra stepped back while she took the picture. “Cute!” I said and Zayn winked at me. I couldn’t help but blush and smile. The walk was finally over. I took my shoes off as fast as I could and jumped on the couch. I grabbed my Blackberry and went on twitter. I see the picture that the fan took of all of us on twitter. I looked at the comments and I truly regret looking at them.

1Dstalker: Eww... Who’s that ugly girl on @ZaynMalik back? But the other girl is really pretty!

True1Dlover: What an ugly, fat discusting girl on @ZaynMalik back!

1DTrueGirlfriend: Wow, that ugly bastard can go die in a hole and do everyone a favour!

My eyes start to tear up, I try to go through the sliding door near the kitchen. But Kendra’s there. “What’s a matter Jess?” she asked very curious. “Nothing just going to get some air outside.” I reply not making eye contact. I climb on the trampoline with my head down with tears strolling down my face.

*Zayn’s Point Of View*

“Kendra what are you doing?” I asked. She points outside and I see Jessica sitting there facing the fences with her head down. “Why is she like that?” I asked. “I don’t know... She just went outside and I could tell she was about to cry.” She replied concerned. I looked at the stairs and see Niall coming down followed by the rest of the boys. Niall puts his arm around Kendra and me. “Whoa, why is she there?” Niall asked. We didn’t reply. “Someone should go talk to her.” Kendra requested. She looked at me, so did the rest of the boys. I walk out of the sliding door looking back at them they signaled me to go. “Jess?” I posed. I heard sniffling. I get on the trampoline and sit next to her. “Why are you crying?”

She wipes away some tears and hands me her phone. I look through the comments and I was just speechless.

“Jessica?”

“Yeah..”

“Why are you going through these comments? It’s just bullshit!”

“Zayn, I think I found 3 comments that weren’t negative against me!”

“You’re beautiful, don’t let these so called ‘fans’ of ours bring you down! They’re only jealous!”

“Of what? My ugliness?”

“Jessica! You’re beautiful!”

Tears start running down her face and she looks down at the trampoline. I raise her chin up and she looks at me I wipe away her tears. “Promise me, you’ll never let hate bring you down” I said very caringly. She hesitated for a bit “I..I promise Zayn” she answered. We hug and we go back inside.

*Jessica’s Point Of View*

“Jess, are you okay? Zayn told us.” Harry said but he was speaking for him and the boys. “Yeah, I’m doing alright.” I replied. I grabbed the chocolate bar on the counter, everyone went upstairs to chill. “NIALL! DID YOU BUY A CHOCOLATE BAR?” I yelled from the top of my lungs hoping he heard me. I hear footsteps run down the stairs and Niall comes and grabs the chocolate bar “Don’t touch my baby!” He said looking at his chocolate bar. “Sorry...” I replied. He was going upstairs “Niall, do you like Kendra?” I questioned quietly. “Well, yeah!” he answered weirdly as in why I would ask a question like that. “I mean do you like-like her Niall?”
