I began walking backwards, slowly lowering my finger and keeping eye contact with the guy. Why was he glaring at me and more importantly why was my first action to flip him off?
"Jesus, I am really going crazy," as I say this I shake my head. This makes the guy perk an eyebrow up, however, before I can see what he does next, I turn the corner and head towards the exit. I pass a few students, they glance at me and as quickly as they can, lower their eyes. I don't care right now, all I want to do is get to my truck and fall asleep in the cab.
I finally get through the doors and hear them shut. Hearing them shut brings me more relief than anyone could imagine. My spirits are further lifted when I see the peeling paint of my green Chevrolet. I swear that it looks like there is a dick on the side of the truck where the paint has peeled. Shaking my head again, I finally make it to the truck and get in. I sit there for a minute and without further notice slam my head onto the steering wheel. If this truck had airbags I would be so fucked.
Tap..tap...tap.
I lift my head to see luck, he is part of our families detail but since he looks so young they have him go to school with us. While rolling down the passenger window, I say, "okay, what do you want luck?"
Luck un-scrunched his eyebrows and let his face go to a plesent neutral look and answered, "I want to know when you'll be home, we have a meeting and we need everyone there. Even your useless ass," he smiles at his last words.
"I'm going home now but just for that I will make the whole family wait if they really want me to go." I pouted.
He just looked at me and nodded his head a bit, "okay." At that, he walked to his car, got in and left.
I'm not going to lie, luck kind of sets me off balance with his facial features. He always looks at me with dark brown eyes and his eyebrows screwed together and then immediately lowers them once I begin talking, it's just weird sometimes. "Phew... Might as well go," I said as I put the keys in and started the truck. I pulled out, trying to avoid some students who had the same idea as me.
Once I hit the road, I rolled down the windows and turned the music up. The sweet noise of Nirvana played through one of my only working speakers and it was the best thing after a messed up morning.
The drive home was nice with both my windows down. The good thing about where we lived was it was kind of secluded from the city. It was just mountain and trees for miles that seemed to go on for eternity. A few more miles up the canyon and through a few dirt roads, the house came into view. God I still marvel at how fucking beautiful it is with dark green siding and all the windows. Don't get me started on the rich interior, fuck just makes a bitch want to scream out in ecstasy!

When I finally parked I only saw 3 cars, one of which belonged to lucky. I know Tiago was still at school, so where were stone and shay?
Stone and Shay are my brothers. You could say my mom was blessed with mostly boy and, well of course, Tiago and I. I have three other brothers but they're somewhere else at the moment.

I grabbed all my shit out of the truck and tried to unlock the front door, still holding the all the stuff from school. THE FUCKING KEY WOULD NOT TURN! I quickly became angry and threw all my shit on the ground and started rattling and shake the doorknob. "WHAT THE FUCK IS THE DEAL WITH MOTHERFUCKING DOOR?! What can we not afford a new lock? JESUS CHRIST!"
I guess someone heard me but I didn't hear them come to the door. They opened it and I went with the door since my key was still in it. To my excitement (not really), it was luck.
"Damn you can't even open a door?" He chuckled at this and swung the door even wider but luckily I had let go by then.
I picked my stuff up off the porch and strolled in like nothing had happen and completely ignored him, due to my embarrassment.
He just looked at me then the door and slammed it.
"Alright then..." he grumbled.
I snuck a look at him and his eyebrows were frustratingly drawn together, I quickly walked away after that.
When I finally made it to my room I chose a corner and put my stuff there and went to lay down on my bed. "Fuck," I drew out,"I'm getting tired of asking for the same thing and never getting it." This whole diploma is really just a means to an end, I mean I've had all my credits for all of high-school but they don't want to feel left out when graduation comes, ha! "Good fucking luck with that," I laugh sarcastically to myself. I began to feel tired so hell why not take a nap for a bit while I wait for siblings to get here.
