15 Years Later

Chapter 2
(15 years later )
Rachel's pov:
"Emma , Ryan , Maddy ! It's time to wake up!" I yelled to my three children. It's been fifteen years since I got married to Finn and within those 15 years we've had an amazing time . We had our first child Emma who is fifteen , then two years later our son Ryan , and after 8 long years we were surprised with our daughter Maddy . Life couldn't be better , and Finn and I our so happy even if life gets hard we're in it together .

"Emma , Ryan , Maddy ! Breakfast is ready !" I yelled 10 minutes later .

The kids came down all groggy and hungry.

"Good morning family !" Finn said coming back from his run .

"Morning babe." And I gave him a kiss

"Ewwww" all the kids said .

"Come on , there are children in this house cut out the PDA ." Ryan said dramatically .

"There so gross ." Emma said and left the room with half her food eaten .

"Emma , plate!" I said but she ignored me

Finn laughed and said ,

"I'm going to get a shower real quick." And gave me a kiss on the cheek and left.

"Mama?" Maddy said

"Yes pumpkin?"

"Can you pack me two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches today ?" She asked

"Why do you need two?" I asked her

"For me and Marissa." She said

"Who's Marissa?" I asked her

"My friend ." She said

I smiled , Maddy was awkward and quirky so I figured if she made a friend it was a good sign .

"Of course honey ." I said and she smiled sweetly and put her plate in the sink and skipped away .

"Mom ." Ryan said .

"Yeah honey ?" I said

"I need you to sign this paper from school ." He said

"About ?" I said

He looked down bashfully and said,

"Saying I can stay after school for detention."

"Detention !" I said

"Ohhh Ryan's in trouble ." Maddy said

"Hush you little twerp." He said

"Hey stop it ! What happen Ry? I thought you said you were going to stop getting in trouble ?" I said

"I promise I am just please sign it ." He said

"Okay but this isn't over and tonight when your father and I get done work we're going to have a big conversation." I said and signed it .

I looked at the time ,

"Okay everyone it's time to go!" I yelled.

Everyone rushed out the door including Finn and we got into the car and left .
