In Beijing there is the Maliandao (probably not spelling that right) tea market. I visited it when I went there a couple years back and I didn't really know where I was because it is a massive place and I mean massive you will never see so many tea shops in one place in your life.
Seeing as I wouldn't be telling you this if I knew where I was going the whole time, it should be obvious I got lost. So the main building is surrounded by a bunch of small tea shops, one of which was "pin pin tea". If you watch the channel for the tea seller "Mei leaf" then that name would be familiar with because the guy who runs the channel went in there during a video. So the shops specially was aged white teas. He didn't buy anything in there but I did, good tea.
After that I visited a few more shops before reaching a large shopping mall type building, the place was massive, more shops then there were outside of the building. So I go in, walk around, taste some things and buy some stuff. After about two hours of shopping I realized that I didn't know where the hell I was. I had left the building and was back out on the roads, outside of the market.
I looked around the area and started walking before coming across a nice little shop where I brought some tea ware. After awhile I got to a high point with a very nice view. From there I found my way back to my hotel.
