It was that last day of eighth grade for thirteen year old Haley. "I'm officially an ninth grader!" Haley squealed. She hopped on her bike and started to head home. When she pulled in the drive way she saw that her mom's car wasn't in the driveway. She put her bike on the side of the house, and went inside. She called her mom and asked why she wasn't home. Her mom told her she was at the store. After Haley hung up the phone with her mom she opened her back door. She decided that today was a good day to go to the woods. She hopped on her bike and started to pedal towards the woods.
