as you can tell my the title of the chapter i'm going to be telling you what i've been watching on netflix. i love netlfix, but i don't really binge watch 24/7. if i've seen something on there once i don't really want to see it again. i already know what's going to happen! buuut! without further-a-do here is what's on my netflix.
what i'm bingeing rn;
two words. twin. peaks. i don't know why, but i really like this show. it has some familiar faces like mädchen amick from riverdale. it's this murder mystery from the 90's that got cancelled after it's second season. a cult classic if i've ever see one. big 80's feel since it's the early 90's. the pilot is an hour and a half long, but almost every other episode is 46 minutes. if you liked both heathers and riverdale you'll probably like twin peaks.
on my list; not including twin peaks
riverdale; i'm sure you've all heard of this show. if not, watch it. if i'm being honest it's over dramatic, unrealistic, and over hyped. i still like it though?? i finished and recommend if you like murder mysteries.
friends; what a show. aired in the 90's. so iconic. it's really funny. i definitely recommend. finished.
stranger things; my favorite show ever. i love everything 80's and sci-fi. since birth. 80's from mom. sci-fi from dad. if you haven't heard of or seen this show go watch it. it's really good!! recommend and finished.
black mirror; i accidentally started this show in its latest season, but i get the gist. technology is taking over our lives and just corrupting it blah blah blah. it's okay. kinda weird. abandoned and recommend if you like weird stuff like that. every episode it different. sends the same message though.
that 70s show; my childhood "grown up" show. set in the 70s with a group of friends in eric's basement. super funny sit-com. finished and recommend.
everything sucks; my baby whose wings were taken away. this show could have been great, but netflix had to cancel it. set in the 90's. three boys starting high school and trying to survive. it had so much potential oh my gosh. AND it was left on a cliffhanger. i'm so disappointed. finished and recommend.
1922; based on a stephen king novel. scary of course. i haven't watched it yet. it's just been sitting on my list.
american horror story; scary tv show with the same few actors coming back every season. i think it's pretty good. i haven't finished it, but plan on it. don't watch if easily scared. recommend and unfinished.
the clover field paradox; to be honest i don't even really know what this is about. it was recommended and i added it to my list. it looks interesting though.
the end of the fucking world; good show good show. inappropriate at times. it's about these two kids with sad pasts and problems that run away together. it's funny, sad, and good all at once. recommend and finished. you'll be left on a cliffhanger though with an unconfirmed season two.
13 reasons why; you probably know this one too. if not, are you living under a rock? it's about this girl who commits suicide and leaves tapes to people who bullied her, didn't help, or needed to know things. in my opinion it's COMPLETELY over hyped, the acting isn't very good, and i couldn't even get through season two. recommend for basic girls who think tweeting about bryce walker is cool and rebellious. didn't finish season two.
bob ross; i love my some bob ross. he just paints and talks. he is the sweetest thing ever. it's like asmr but not as weird. it's old but gold. makes you calm. finished and recommend.
on my block;five friends who are less fortunate than most are trying to survive high school and just... life. acting's meh but i still enjoyed it. plot line was good. recommend and finished.
anne with an e; i love this show. it's based off the book anne of greengables. set in the late 1800's. amybeth makes a great anne. she's such a good actress. season two comes out in two days. recommend and finished.
heathers;cult classic 80's movie. starting winona ryder and christain slater. high school drama but winona goes and murders everyone because christian tricked her in to it. recommend and finished.
