A Wolf Demon and a Child

*5 Years Later*

Kakashi POV~
'Its a lovely summers day, sadly I have hokage paper work to do.' As I'm going through the Ninjas written reports a specific report catches my eye. "The whaling Prison?" I say out loud. 'What could that mean?' I continued reading the report. "As my group scouted the area we heard sounds coming from the old prison, we didn't investigate due to..."

'Sounds from the old prison?' I checked the clock. 'Its still early, I could go check it out.'

Time skip~

When I finally arrived at the old prison the only sounds I heard was of the animals surrounding the old place. 'Maybe I should do some construction on this part of the village, or at least some renovations to it.' I thought to myself. In a flash Naruto appeared. "Kakashi! What the heck are you doing out here, everyones looking for you?" I handed the report of the prison to Naruto. Naruto quickly scanned the report and handed it back to me. "Wait a minute...Naruto shouldn't you be at home with your 5 year old son new born baby and wife?" Naruto gave a weak laugh. "Y-yeah you got me, its just I don't really know how to be a father, you know since I never really had one-" I cut Naruto off with a hush.

Naruto gave me a confused look. "I don't hear anything...Wait a minute did you just tell me to hush so I would shut up?!" I gave Naruto an annoyed look. "First of all if I wanted you to shut up I would have just said so, and secondly yes there are no sounds, thats the weird thing." A sound of a rock scrapping on a wall filled the air, along with babble sounds. Naruto and I followed the sounds to the entrance of the prison.

I gave Naruto a signal pointing down signifying that I was going to head down and he would go get the others for back up. Naruto nodded and left.

The creeking of the old metal door echoed through the prison. All sounds that I heard before had vanished. I was about to turn back when a light seemed to have caught my eye it was located in the last prison cell. I continued my investigation cautiously, until came upon the celler door...

I looked into the cell and saw nothing but the light coming in from the sewer grate above. I was about to turn back again but in the corner of my eye I saw a wolf, actually 3 baby wolves trying to hide something. I slowly broke the lock and opened the door and stepped in. The 3 wolves had 4 tails each, they seemed like triplets all alike in everyway.

The wolves got into a defensive stance and headed towards me leaving behind the thing they where protecting. It was a child, a 5 year old girl with (h/l) beautiful (h/c) hair, and innocent (e/c) eyes she wore a faded (f/c) dress that went down to her thighs, and due to not eating well she was small and thin. Once the wolves noticed that I had found their treasure they shifted into one big wolf with 12 tails.

The wolf was white with black insignias along its coat. I slowly backed away from the cell door and was about to step out when the girl grabbed my hand and took me further into the large cell.

She lead me to a wall with a child like drawing of her and the wolf cubs. She picked up a rock with a sharp edge and sat me down on the floor infront of the wall. "D-don't m-m-move." She studdered. I sat there shocked as she drew me on her wall.

After about 5 minutes the drawing didn't look to bad for a childs art work. She grabbed my hand and lead me closer to the wall, she pointed to her photo then to herself, "(y-y/n)." Then she lead me to the photo of the wolf cubs and then pointed to the large wolf staring at my every move and said, "R-Rava." She then pulled me to my picture. 'Man this kid is strong.' She pointed at the photo then to me. I answered, "Kakashi..." I gave her one of my famous closed eyed smiles. She went back and forth between my image and my person. She turned her head towards the ground and pondered, then shifted her head up tpwards the little sky that was let through the grate. "K-Kawashi, K-kkawashi...KAKAWASHI!"
I face palmed and behind me I heard Narutos laugh. I turned around to find the blond headed boy falling over due to (y/n)'s pronunciation of my name. As (y/n) saw Naruto she hide behind me and grabbed on to my pants using me as a shild and the wolf got defensive. Then backed down and went closer to Naruto. Then thats when stuff got weird...

"Kurama...is that you?" Naruto was surprised. "O-oh you can sense the nine tails in me huh? Oh wait you have 12 tails, you must be Rava. Nice to finally meet you. I can let him out if you'd like to see him, but we may have to get out of this cell before I do...so." She nodded and walked to the child and lifted (y/n) up on to her back.

(Time skip~ due to attack on titan season 3 being out today actually...)

Rava POV~

The man let out Kurama, and made his way to the gray haired man and (y/n). At first I was a bit unsettled but saw how they were towards her and calmed down.

"Rava its been a long time" I looked up at the powerful 9 tails demon. "Too long, I suppose... Uh Kurama is that man your prison?" Kurama looked towards the blond male playing with (y/n). "At one point of my life I would have responded in that mannor, but now Naruto is no longer a prison to me, he is now a home..." Naruto grabbed (y/n) and had placed her on his shoulders and was jumping her around, and there was a smile on (y/n)'s face that she had never express in all her days in the cell with me...'What is this feeling, is her 'joy' my 'joy'?'

My thought was broken. "At one point my human was just as small as yours. I looked back to Kurama then back to Naruto, I mentally compared the size of Naruto and (y/n) and thought it be impossible. "You are probably thinking of the impossibility of mans growth state and their rate of growth, but from my years with Naruto, I've learned that nothing is impossible."

Our attention was stolen by the loud laughter that arose from (y/n). "What are they doing?" I asked. The Kakashi man stood and replied, "Playing hide and seek. Naruto is using his shadow clones to find (y/n)." We all engaged our selves in their little game. As we analyzed Narutos search tactics a question popped up in my head. "What will happen to (y/n) and I when we get to the main village?" The gray haired ninja gazed at Naruto grabbing (y/n) from her hiding place. "I guess, an orphanage, until I find out why she was there in the first place...and during that time I'll have to dig up your past and see how harmful you are towards the village and deal with the both of you depending on how well she can control you." I grew concerned, "So your saying if there was a valid reasoning for why we were locked up then you'll put us back in there?" Kakashi looked at (y/n) then back to me. "Yes. If its whats best for the village I'll put you back..." Kurama inturrupted, "But she's just a child, she has nothing to do with Ravas sins! If your leader at the time of Naruto would have kept him in prison due to my sins you would..." Kakashi stopped him from going further. I'm not saying that thats the only option, but its the most rational course of action."
