Dior's POV

Dior would you stop. Matthew doesn't hate you. Neither does Taylor, Shawn and Cameron.

They just really dislike Alexander, right? They don't have feelings for me, obviously not.

Maybe I should break up with him. I mean if it hurts them that much. I shouldn't be selfish.

Alex and I could still be friends? What did Matthew mean when he said that?

Millions and millions of what ifs and maybe I should's ran through my already stressed mind.

"AAAH!" I screamed out in my room.

Oh shit, I forgot my parents were here.

I quickly covered my body in piles of covers and shut my eyes pretending to be in bed.

"What the fuck is going on here!"

Fuck fuck fuck fuck. I'm screwed.

A few stomps led to my room and in a split second my door slammed opened.

I jumped slightly, but covering it up. Twisting in bed, pretending I was still asleep.

Three seconds later my hair is being pulled from my bed to the floor.

"Aaah! Let go!" I screamed, trying to get her to let go of my hair.

"Don't tell me what to do bitch!" My 'mom' slapped me countless amounts of times.

I held my now red cheek.

She punched my eye, it was quite light. Probably because she was drunk.

"Stop it! I'm sorry okay."

"Whatever. I'll take a nap, did I ever tell you how your the most disgraceful child ever? Haha. Yea,"

As soon as she left I looked in the mirror.

The reflection wasn't me. It was a beat up, bruised girl.

It's okay. My reflection are never real anyways.

Emerald's POV

It's been two days since the day in the restaurant. It was quite a blur, Matthew stomping off, finding Dior outside on the parking lot with red eyes, Nash explaining me the whole thing.

Honestly when I came to this school, I thought it was drama free. Absolutely drama free. Well point zero for me on that one.

I laid on my bed, looking at my cream coloured ceiling. I rolled over to my bed side table.

Grabbing my phone I decided to give Dior a call. It's been two days since I talked to her. She's been absent for two days.

She didn't pick up. Did she just not pick up on me? Oh hell no.

I called her three more times before realizing that she won't ever answer.

I sighed, I decided to give Jack a call.

"Hello"

"Wow I really don't know what to say, I didn't think you would answer." I said in pure astonishment.

"Um. Hey Emerald. How's it been,"

"Good good, you?"

"Could be worse I guess," he laughed at the end. Fake laugh.

"Jack can I ask you something?"

"Sure, what is it?"

"Why are you acting so weird lately?"
