Ciela- Goddess of the sky, wind, weather, and patron saint of birds and parents. Name comes from French word for sky, which is ciel. Ciela is the queen of the gods, and is married to Laureus.
Laureus- God of the earth, plants, nature, and patron saint of deer and travelers. Name comes from Latin word for laurel, which is Laurus. Laurus is king of the gods and married to Ciela.
Marea- Goddess of the ocean, tides, storms, and patron saint of sailors and widows. Name comes from Italian word for tide, which is Marea. Marea is not married.
Caligo- God of death, shadows, lost souls, and patron saint of kings and strays. Name comes from Latin word for darkness, which is Caligo. Caligo is not married.
Solis- God of sun, day, light, and patron saint of gardeners and children. Name comes from Latin word for sun, which is Solis. Solis is married to Nyxa.
Nyxa-Goddess of night, darkness, the moon, and patron saint of students and insomniacs. Name comes from the Greek goddess of night, who is Nyx. Nyxa is married to Lux
Iola-Goddess of animals, creation (natural), species, and patron saint of pet and artists. Name comes from Hawaiian word for heavenly eagle, which is 'Iolani. Iola is the daughter of Ciela and Laureus. Iola is courting Ombra
Ombra-Goddess of dusk, stars, constellations, and patron saint of stargazers and navigators. Name comes from Italian word for shade, which is Ombra. Ombra is the daughter of Solis and Nyxa.
Ignis-God of metalworking, creation (man-made), fire, and patron saint of engineers and blacksmiths. Name comes from Latin word for fire, which is Ignis. Ignis is the son of Ciela and Laureus. He is also the older brother of Iola.
