Chapter 1

Yoongi stares coldly into the mirror. He was always excited for these vacation trips with the whole group, but this time he felt kind of empty.
>flashback of last night<
>Yoongi decides to take a night walk, he finds Taehyung standing alone in the park, hair messy, baggy sweater, looking silently at the deep purple sky. He turns around and faces Yoongi. Yoongi can't help but notice the stars in his eyes and the sadness they hold. He walks down towards Taehyung. "Hey." Yoongi says. Taehyung looks down. "I can't sleep hyung." Yoongi frowns and asks,"Why not?" For a second there, Yoongi lost his train of thought and stared at Taehyung for a minute, going over the intricate, soft expressions of his face. He wishes he could hold his hand.
"I feel like Jungkook doesn't love me anymore." Taehyung replies. "The passion at the very beginning isn't the same anymore. But I still love him.." Yoongi realizes what he has been thinking and looks away. He wants to say something but he doesn't at the same time. The tension is real, and he feels his heart ache for Taehyung. Taehyung looks away. "Hyung, I'm sorry I brought you into this." Yoongi finally looks at Taehyung again and he grabs his hand gently and holds it. "Look, I think you should confront him and communicate with him about how you honestly feel. Maybe he'll understand, okay? So don't worry and go to sleep. It's 11:30 and we have a vacation tomorrow. Lets go inside." They walk together to Taehyung's room, hand in hand. Once they arrive, Yoongi lets go of his hand and waves slightly. "Goodnight, Taehyung-ah." He says in a low voice. "Goodnight, hyung. Thank you.." Taehyung smiles brightly and it makes Yoongi's heart aches more. He wishes he could be behind that beautiful smile of his. He heads back to his dorm just to hear soft sniffles and crying. Hoseok is there at Yoongi's door. "Yoongi-ah, I want to tell you something." He says. "What is it?" Yoongi asks. "I...I love Jimin." Hoseok replies in a soft tone. Yoongi is shocked and he hugs Hobi tightly. "Why are you crying?" He asks. "What if Jimin doesn't love me back?" Hobi says. Yoongi pushes Hoseok away and laughs slightly. "You crybaby, just tell Jimin! GO!" Yoongi is frustrated and Hobi knows. Hoseok hesitates for a moment and says."I'll try.." he walks away. Yoongi is left in silence with a deep pang in his heart.<
>end of flashback<
Yoongi groans and fixes his hair. The flight is soon. He gets ready and carries his luggage and carry-on backpack full of snacks. He sees that only Taehyung is ready outside. He immediately walks up to Tae and taps him on the back. He hands Tae a pack of gum. "Don't let your ears pop on the plane.." He says. Taehyung happily takes the pack and thanks Yoongi. Soon enough, Jungkook comes out with Jimin and Yoongi sees Jungkook TOUCHING THE SACRED JIBOOTY for a quick second. He feels intense anger for Taehyung and sadness for Hobi. He holds Taehyung's hand. And Jimin holds Jungkook's. Yoongi looks away but notices Taehyung's sad face. And he doesn't want Taehyung to ever be sad. He wants to give Taehyung the universe and give him all of the love in the world-
He snaps out of it and cups Taehyung's face in his hands. He leans in and whispers,
"We should McDonald's for breakfast."
