"Like how you did to me for a few years..."

I turn around, facing Woojin who carries a basket of fruits on his left hand, dropping the basket when he saw Dambis stands next to me. "What does this girl do here?! Don't stand too near Hana!"

"She already came to her mind now. She accidentally stabbed Mr Park as she wanted to stab me at first.." I whisper to Woojin as he stands too near with me.

A few doctors suddenly run into Mr Park's wardroom in a hurry with some nurses. I walk towards the locked door, peeking through the small window on the door. Mr Park still lay down on the hospital bed but his eyes already opened. He saw me and gives me a bright smile. He waves at me happily although the doctors are busy taking his health checkups. He whispers something to one of the doctors who wear doctor's coats.

The door unlocks and a doctor calls my name, telling me to enter the wardroom. I take a look at Woojin and Dambi who were standing outside with a confused look, signaling me to get in. I take a deep breath before entering Mr Park's wardroom that crowded with doctors and nurses. It's not that shocking that some of the nurses trying to take pictures with Mr Park.

I continue to walk until I saw the sight of his bed. He calls my name sweetly while gesturing for me to sit on his bed, right next to him. At first, I'm too embarrassed to do as he said to me. But then a doctor with a pair of fox-eyed like pulls me to take a seat on Mr Park's bed. "Hoonie.. What's wrong? This is too public I guess.." I whisper to him while covering my face from being recognized by each of the doctors and nurses.

"Everyone.. I know that this is shocking but I love my own secretary. I will make a new life with her within this month. I want all of you to hear me proposing to her so that she won't forget about this moment." Mr Park suddenly raises his voice, attracting Woojin and Dambi who were outside as well.

He takes out something from his suit's pocket that he wore when that bad incident happened. He shows me a small jewelry black box. He takes my hand, giving me that box to me with a sincere smile planted on his face. "Wear that and that means you are accepting my proposal."

A few things still linger in my mind. I just take the box but I stop myself from opening it. The other spectators of our moment keep wooing at us, encourage me to accept his proposal quickly. I take a deep breath before putting the box back on his bed. Everyone including Mr Park shock to see my actions.

"Hana.. Why? I mean..."

"I'm not ready yet to be with you. And I have a speculation that I want an exact answer. But can all of you get out first? I want a time alone with Mr Park." I tell them politely.

As everyone leaves, there's only me and Mr Park. The situation becomes awkward when both of us stays quiet. I don't know where to start but I finally let it out. "Park Jihoon.. Did you really have a son? I mean.. Did you really once got married?"

He looks at me with a surprised look. "What? Why did you say those things? I never ever touched any girls in my life before except for my niece."

"But.. That Edward Lai? You once told me that he was your son.."

"Aigoo.. You've mistaken such a lot. Well, Edward and I always have like a relationship or we called it as a bromance. He saw me as someone he respected as, so I tell him to call me his dad. I also approved him as my son in our friendship." He explains.

"Wait up.. Did you refused my proposal because of that thing?" He smirks at me.

I blushed, looking away ashamed of myself. "Well.. If you have another wife, I will the one that be blamed for stealing other's husband." I make up an excuse.

"You're lying, right? Your face reddens. Awe, why you're so cute? So.. Will you accept my proposal?" He asks me again.

I shyly nod, giving him a shy kiss. "You think..?"
