So basically I just fucked over renjun so here's a fluffy predebut dreamie story that will tie into this one.

"This is your new teammate, Huang Renjun. Please be kind, his Korean isn't perfect but by no means attempt to speak Chinese with him, he needs to learn"
The small boy smiled shyly, and the five boys who stood in front of him in the dreamie dorm cooed at the foreign boy's adorable snaggletooth. "Hello, I am Huang Renjun! Nice to meet you" he greeted, and Jaemin jumped at the first chance he could to introduce himself.
"你好， 我是Jaemin!"
Renjun smiles brightly at the boy, and the other four dormates smiled and introduced themselves as well.

Two months before predebut, another knock was heard against the door of the dreamie dorm.
"This is Zhong Chenle! Enjoy"
The boy was left stranded at the door by the worker who clearly wanted to work for JYP rather than SM, standing awkwardly but smiling regardless.
"I'm renjun, nice to have another Chinese member"
Chenle felt his heart explode as he heard the beautiful boy infront of him speak.
"I'm Chenle. Nice to meet you too"
